This 2-bed, 2-bath luxury condo sits on Amelia Island`s shores, floor 5 of Sea Dunes at Omni Resort. It offers ocean views for a memorable stay. Enjoy mornings on the balcony, listening to waves. Expansive windows in the living, dining, and main bedroom bring the seascape inside. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for meals. The main bedroom has a chaise for reading by the ocean`s sound. Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable in the living room and bedrooms meet your entertainment needs.
Cancellation Policy :Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they`ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they`ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won`t get a refund.

Beautiful ocean front condo for our Mother / Daughters stay. Everything we needed to cook a meal since Mother could not go out. Ghazal was a wonderful host to work with. Would recommend & would love to return.

We had one of our best Florida vacations ever! The condo was beautifully decorated, and the welcome gift added just the right touch to make us feel as if we were special guests. The view of the beach and ocean from the condo added to the experience. We will definitely return to Amelia Island. Perfect couples getaway!

We had a wonderful stay on Amelia Island. Such a beautiful ocean front condo with all of the comforts of home. We know some folks just want “a place to sleep” while traveling. Not us! Why travel and accept lesser accommodations than what you are used to at home? This beautiful condo did not disappoint in any way. Ghazal was the PERFECT host. We truly couldn’t ask for more. We were so well taken care of. Highly, highly recommend this piece of heaven.

Beautiful View & Location

My family of 4 stayed at this condo for 7 days in late March. The condo is located in the beautiful Omni Resort which allowed for us to use the amazing bike trails, (1) pool, golf and tennis courts, plus all their dining options. Renting bikes is a must to see the beautiful property. The ocean view from the condo was unbeatable! Beds were comfortable in both bedrooms, but would have been nice to have additional pillows and even blankets provided. The only disappointments were the bathrooms-both needed to updated. The master bath shower floor appeared dirty and the other bath had a very loose tub faucet. To be honest the bathrooms reminded us of a Hampton Inn hotel bathroom that needed updating. Considering what we paid we were disappointed with both bathrooms. It should be noted that this condo is owned by a rental company vs. a personal family. I only mention this b/c only the very bare essentials are provided. 3 days of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher/ laundry detergent, trash bags & towels. NO BEACH TOWELS! Which the listing tells you in advance but it is still a bother to bring beach towels to a rental on the beach. No beach chairs, sand toys, etc and the porch had an old table with 4 chairs. Perfectly fine, but they appeared dirty and it would have been nice to have a lounge chair. I will say the real estate agent renting us the condo was wonderful. She was very attentive and responded immediately to any questions. We would maybe stay again.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was just as pictured on the website, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The building and resort grounds are very well taken care of. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and enjoyed walking on the pristine beach. We hope to return again soon.

Wonderful views, wonderful condo!

We had a perfect, relaxing winter vacation here! The condo was clean, beautiful and spacious. The ocean view was spectacular with an amazing view of the sunrise. Great location, easy access to beach and tourist areas. Our host was very responsive and we appreciated the nice welcome gift basket we received. We would highly recommend this condo.

This condo was exactly as pictured & met our expectations & beyond

“Smooth sailing” the host always responded quickly if we had questions when booking! I only wish I had known specifics on what all was provided or not prior to air travel such as DW tabs, laundry tabs, coffee filters etc. no big deal- we brought our own! Would love to stay here again!

Tranquility

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, family atmosphere, this is your place. The condo is located in beautiful Amelia Island Plantation . Once on the plantation, the drive to the condo is down a beautiful road surrounded by trees laced with Spanish moss. Parking is convenient, however is you are out late at night you will probably have to park in the overflow across the street. It is not far away. The unit is on the 5th floor near the end of the building. The grounds are pristine. There is an elevator that we never had to wait on. It was always available. Once you open the door you are greeted with a lovely view of the ocean. The pictures of the unit are accurate. Everything was clean and waiting on us to enjoy our stay. I didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. Dishwashing detergent and dishwasher pods were provided. Along with pods for the washing machine. Also, there was a bottle of hand sanitizer on a table as you walk in. The furniture is clean, comfortable and fairly new. A covered, private balcony with a table and four chairs was perfect for early morning and late afternoon relaxing, while enjoying the sounds of the waves. The Master bed was very comfortable. In a previous review someone mentioned the TVs in the bedrooms need updated. I think that has been rectified. Both bedrooms had flat screen TVs. The master bath is split between a dressing area and shower/tub and toilet in another area. I was given very clear complete instructions before arrival. Communication was excellent. We enjoyed are stay at Sea Dunes. We definitely recommend staying here.

Gazal was wonderful, best management service ever at Amelia (and we've dealt with most). Only suggestion: TVs in bedrooms would have been adequate several years back, but now most guests will have larger screens. No question we will come back to an Amelia Prime rental.

Excellent property! Highest recommendation.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean, the furniture comfortable and the ocean view spectacular. The host was also amazing. She provided helpful information before and during our trip. We loved the location - quiet, peaceful on the landscaped Omni hotel grounds; convenient to everything on the island. There was a beautiful beach and we enjoyed walking for miles along the shore. In the condo, there is a perfect view of the ocean from the master bedroom and the family room balconies. The balconies were perfect for relaxing in the evening and listening to the sound of the waves. The second bedroom does not have an ocean view, but is a nice room, and both the family room and kitchen are a good size. The condo is on the 5th floor and was very quiet. Amenities like shampoo and coffee are not included, so make sure you bring your own. (The host provided great communication in advance about this.) We also drove a couple minutes down the road to the main Omni Hotel property (gorgeous) for a spectacular breakfast one morning - we highly recommend it. The only downsides - the carpet leaves fuzz behind on one's socks after walking on it and the decor is a little dated (bathrooms could use an update and there was a chip in the porcelain tub that had rusted). These are the most minor of critiques as this really is a very special property. And no doubt if such updates were done, the property would much more expensive. We would absolutely, positively stay here again and we highly recommend this condo.
