This first floor condo has been newly remodeled and offers an open and inviting floor plan. The full kitchen has spacious granite counter tops, crisp white cabinets, new appliances and stocked with dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils to prepare meals. Dine at the table with seating for four or play a friendly game of cards. Relax in the living room on one of the four chairs with ottomans while enjoying a movie on the TV with cable. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio in the ocean breeze while taking in the sunrise. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, TV and closet. It is accessible to the hall bathroom with granite vanity and tiled tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King size bed, nightstands and chest for your beach attire. The ensuite bathroom is comprised of a double granite vanity with a stand alone tile corner shower. This resort complex boasts Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach and 2 shared community pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Book today!

Great resort/property for family and kids

Great resort/property for family and kids. 2 min walk to the beach, Lots of amenities and facilities on the property itself: has 2 x large pools on the property, basketball court, tennis court etc. Excellent location.

Quick getaway

We had a great stay at the condo, and it fit all our needs. Loved that the back porch faced the ocean and dunes, and the boardwalk was really close. We would definitely come back!

IR 102 is a great place to stay

Comfortable beds, clean throughout, nice patio, just a short walk to the beach. We loved it, and will be back! WiFi worked perfectly, as did the television with all the channels! Air worked great and so did the kitchen. I highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable ground floor condo.

We liked this place--especially that it had two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. Conveniently located--and on the ground floor. Nice that we didn't have to climb stairs with luggage and ice chests. A few issues which have been reported and hopefully will be corrected: Keurig quit working, ac had some problems, and the living room furniture needs to be reupholstered (looks tired and dirty). The condo was clean and well equipped. We would stay there again.

There was actually a mechanical issue with the unit we had rented, but the management company moved us to an adjacent unit quickly that was similar to this property (a kitchen faucet needed replaced; maintenance likely could have replaced it while we were there, but due to the season they had ability and thus chose to move us and not interrupt our stay)

Perfectly easy to check in and everything was exactly as listed. Super close to the beach and easily accessed.

Island Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at the Island Retreat. The picture shows the beach view from this unit but we could not see the beach. The unit was clean when we got there. The shower/tub did not drain and we had about 2 inches of standing water in the tub while showering. The other shower needs a shower curtain or door to keep the floor from getting wet. It was a short walk to the beach down the boardwalk. Also, just a little suggesstion: Since the restaurants were so busy we ordered pizza but there was not a pizza cutter in the unit.

Great place

This condo was exactly as described and more. It was very very clean which we appreciated so much. It was in a perfect location close to the board walk to the beach and had a nice back porch. The neighbors were very friendly. We had an issue with the key code; however, it was quickly resolved by the property management (When they said they would have someone out to resolve the issue in 10-15 minutes, that is exactly what happened. We were honestly surprised!). Great place and we will go back again.
