We have been notified that the building which this Property is a part of will potentially have work performed starting July 13 for 2 weeks. That is not guaranteed as they may be delayed at different units prior to that date, which would impact our schedule. This will not be a problem for all guests, but we wanted to advise.

All remodeled from studs out! The property's private oceanfront terrace is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the whitewater views. Spectacular local photographic art makes you feel like you are living in a gallery. A great living room facing the ocean with a large sectional sofa and big screen TV makes it difficult to want to leave! The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for some great meals! Ceiling fans throughout. The property has a second patio off the kitchen with a built-in barbecue island, bistro table, chairs and an outdoor beach shower. Flat screen TVs in main living area, master bedroom and front bedroom. The home has a stacked washer and dryer for your use. The secure garage is suitable for up to two cars, and there is visitor parking nearby. Beach towels, chairs, rolling cooler, umbrella, beach shade, foam surfboard and 2 boogie boards are provided, as well as 2 beach cruiser bicycles for your pleasure. Like to play tennis or pickleball? Rackets are provided for your use! A television and Google speaker can be found in the living room, and a second television in the master bedroom. A baby monitor and baby gate are included, and a high chair and pack & play can be found in the garage. Seabluffe maintains two community pools (one heated year round with a hot tub), 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, a half basketball court, children’s play area and private Seabluffe staircase down to the beach is nearby. The maximum occupancy of this property is 5. WIFI is provided.

Note: A video doorbell is in place and actively recording 24/7 outside the front door (including motion and sound detection).
Minimum rental of 7 nights with a Saturday check-in. City of Encinitas has a 10% city occupancy tax. Encinitas short term license RNTL-014685-2021. Cleaning fee is $275. Balance of fee is Seabluffe guest registration and utilities.

**Please advise purpose of visit and confirm number of guests when booking. The host requires that our Guests sign our Rental Agreement forms prior to occupancy. We reserve the right to cancel an Instant Booking if Guest does not agree to the terms of our Rental Agreement fully or refuses to sign it.**

Regarding nearby beaches, tides and ocean currents can carry sand and/or sediment a few feet or hundreds of feet away. Tides and currents (mainly caused by weather factors) are the main way beaches are created, changed, and even destroyed, as the currents move sediment and debris from one place to another. Beaches are constantly changing and may be sandy at times and rocky at others. Your host cannot guarantee a sandy beach.
