Amazing views!

The views in this place are unmatched. Had a very beachy vibe to it. Beds were all comfortable. The neighborhood was great as well, with so many food options close by. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in SD.

I could live on the front patio

We loved our stay, the views of the ocean from the unit (especially the front patio) wee amazing, location was great (close to beach access, group room, pools, etc). Thanks! Can't wait to come back!

The property was very beautiful. We have stayed in Solana Beach many times and love the location. The only negative comment that I could make is that the television was only available thru apps. You had to “stream” it. We aren’t well versed in this area so this would have been a nice thing to know ahead of time. All in all we had a lovely stay!

The staff is wonderful and if there is anything we need help with they respond instantly. This year we were in a new condo at the Del Mar Beach Club and have already reserved it for next year. The condos are all in top shape, clean, and the ones we have rented have up to date, top of the line appliances. We would recommend Stubbs reality and have to any one that is interested in vacationing in beautiful Solana Beach, Calif.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we were amazed by the front windows and their size. The views were incredible. The apartment is spacious. The kitchen is also very big, lots of storage. There were no surprises, the place looks exactly like the pictures. A little disappointment was that the 2 front swimming pools were very cold, the back one and the hot tub were not accessible because of construction. Fortunately the pool and hot tub across the street (same property) were available and HOT.I'm sure we'll rent this place again. That was our 3rd stay in that same location. First times were in the complex to the right, also beautiful, but only one bedroom. This time we needed 2.

We’d stay there again.

We would stay here again. The negatives were: a neighbor was constantly smoking pot and the odor was always in the air, and the elevator was broken almost half the time. This will be a problem if you ever have guests who can not climb the stairs.

Plenty of space to share with our son and his wife while our other son and daughter and grandkids stayed in another unit we also rented from Stubbs. The views are stupendous and the accommodations everything we could want. Didn’t have beach gear with the unit but Stubbs provided with no problem.
