Luxury Townhouse with rooftop view of downtown!

Exectutive residence in historic Chestnut Hill that is perfect for a small group retreat. $5-7 Lyft ride to the amazing Honky Tonk Highway aka Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, the new Nasville Soccer Stadium, Ascend amphitheater, Frist art museum, Printer’s Alley and The Gulch. One half mile to the Four Seasons. Only 7 miles (10 minutes) to the airport.

The space
The entire home is available for your group. We have co-op relationships with adjacent units to accommodate larger groups. Up to 50 people. Wedding parties, Corporate groups, Family reunions welcomed.

Guest access
You will have full access to the home including the intimate back patio and private rooftop patio where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and the Nashville skyline.

Other things to note
Home is furnished by a designer and you will find it to be top notch.

Place was great. Exceptionally clean and a good supply of coffee, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. The weather was great for Nov and we enjoyed the outdoor area with a small fridge and beverage glasses at the top of the stairs.

This property was a very well appointed townhome. The furnishings were above average; the kitchen was great, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was labeled and easy to find. It is a 5-10 minute ride to Broadway so taking an Uber was not expensive. There are steps, but if you are in good condition, they are not a problem. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome rooftop view!!!

Great place! Tony, the host, has opened his beautiful place for groups/families looking to spend time in Nashville without having to deal with the hassles of being down on the strip. The views from the rooftop are spectacular, especially at sunset! The place is comfortable and well appointed. We had a great time, thanks Tony!!!

Fantastic home in Nashville!

We were in town for graduation at Vanderbilt and truly enjoyed staying at this house. Location is perfect. House was clean and exactly as shown in photos & owner was welcoming and incredibly helpful with trip planning. Dozen bakery is one of our favorite breakfast spots and it is .5 miles from the house. Highly recommend this VRBO. Will be back. Thank you Tony!

70 th bd group of lady friends 3rd trip to Nashville

We had an amazing time. This house was very very nice!! It only cost 15 total for all 6 of us using Lyft to broadway from the house. It is very close to everywhere.the beds were super comfy. The rooftop deck was also very nice we had day of warm weather to enjoy it. This is a great house and the owner promptly answered all of my many questions and was very nice!!

Great location, very comfortable

The condo has so much space! Decor is beautiful and the kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. Comfortable beds. Shower is huge-run the tap in the sink to get hot water quicker. Close to downtown. Less than 30 minute walk or you could easily take the bus. We had a rental car so everything was easy to get to. We had a great stay!

Nashville Grad trip

We had a wonderful stay here...location was very close to downtown and weather was wonderful. Tony was very responsive and the house was gorgeous...loved the rooftop area. Was close enough where we could walk to a couple restaurants and even came face to face with Morgan Wallen one morning while getting our smoothie bowls at a wellness cafe nearby!!!!! It made my young adult children very happy:) If we come back, we will stay here again.

Family trip

Family trip to Nashville: overall property was nice. Property is right along a busy road and was considerably noisier than expected. Owner did provide sound machines which was helpful but the lights and sounds of the busy road nearby were more than expected. Blackout curtains would also help. The roof deck is great!

GREAT PROPERTY VERY CLEAN, UPDATED, SAFE AREA OF TOWN. ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS WATER PRESSURE. I THINK IT IS NOT THE PROPERTIES PROBLEM BUT CITY SUPPLY PROBLEM. IT WAS NOT A BIG ISSUE WE JUST STAGED OUR SHOWER TIME

Nash vrbo

We really enjoyed our stay in the chestnut hill vrbo. The place had enough room and beds to accommodate our party. We had to stagger our showers so the water pressure was good and we couldn’t get the lights to work on the upper deck but other than that the place was great !

Apt was as advertised, great location and clean. I only wish the weather was a bit nicer to take full advantage of the roof patio. Would stay again!
