The best place to stay in Daytona. Nice spacious condos with huge ocean front balconies and an indoor gated garage. This was our 4th stay at ocean vistas and we be our home away from home when we vacation in Florida

The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. We really enjoyed the large lanai and utilized the electric grill more than once. The unit is absolutely beautiful with high-end touches throughout. We had plenty of room for our group of six. We would stay here again and have already recommended it to others as well!

Welcome to Rockville 2023

We stayed here last year and it is still amazing. Beach access, within walking distance of restaurants, and the views are outstanding. The property is clean and meets everyone’s needs. This is now our go-to spot!

The balcony was my favorite

Beautiful property. I think I spent about 6 hours everyday just sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean, and enjoying a lovely breeze. It was perfect for relaxation.

Beautifully decorated -loved balcony

The condo was beautiful, plenty of room for the four of us. Loved the balcony and the view. We had a problem with the ice maker - made very little ice and the grill did not work but the hosts found us a replacement. Thanks for your hospitality.

Beautiful vacation with family

We got to spend the week with my family and my son’s friend. The condo was beautiful, just as pictured. The only con was there were no cleaning supplies, trash bags or food seasonings for us to use so we had to purchase our own. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful. This is our second year in Ocean Vistas. We absolutely love it here and love the access to the pool and beach and so much to do on the strip. This is a great neighborhood also.

Welcome to Rockville

Property was great and in excellent condition. We attended the Welcome to Rockville festival at the speedway and this was the perfect spot. When we weren’t listening to music we were enjoying the beach and the pool. Outstanding location! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Views

We absolutely loved out stay in Daytona Beach. The condo was fantastic. It was so homey and had everything we needed. The parking garage was great and super convenient. The only downside was the mattresses in the smaller two bedrooms were poor quality and super hard. Those should be upgraded to keep up with the standards of the building and the updated condo. Thank you Andy & Peggy for a wonderful stay!

Great Time of Year for a Florida Visit

It was a great time to just get away with family and regroup from several loses in the last couple of months. It's also a great time to visit Florida. The crowds are much smaller and the weather was perfect! The condo was more than big enough with spectacular views. A great place to relax with no agenda.
