Southwest style house made for entertaining! Sits on over 1 acre -5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms - All one level, travertine floor. Very large chefs kitchen with everything you need to make that perfect meal - all small appliances, dishes etc. included large sliders open up to the back yard to bring the entertaining outdoors- with a one of a one of a kind custom heated lazy river pool complete w waterfalls, water slide, caves and put put golf. The backyard is very private and resort like, amazing star gazing. Perfect house to make many memories! BBQ your meal out doors in our unique Bull BBQ - ( smoke comes out his nose) or use the Tragger while you sit by the cozy out door fire looking at the desert hills and beautiful sunset. Many outdoor games including ping pong. Central to all main attractions approx 20-30 min from old town Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson Phoenix, cave creek , Peoria, Lake Pleasant, and numerous hiking trails and golf courses surrounding the area.Lots of parking available.

We took a trip to this house from rainy cold wintery Portland, Or to get away with the family for a week to relax and re energize some of that desert energy. PROS: The house has everything you could need and want. Beautiful home, awesome landscape, tons of parking. Lots of space and bedrooms for all. Lots of games outside to play. Fire pits, bbqs, smokers and more. The hot tub is hot 104deg and the pool is heated 82deg and super fun. Its about a 40 min commute from the airport nestled in the desert foothills of Anthem area. CONS: Freeway and access to this particular house is a little weird needing to go in big circles up or down the area to reach stores but not a huge deal or deal breaker. The pool cover is on in the winter months to keep heat in which is great but taking the cover off and on is a legit pain in all honesty. Some items getting a bit worn out propbably needs more attention and replace like lots of seat coushions worn out with holes, shower heads broken and clogged spray nozzles shooting water all over could use a better deep clean around toilet seats had old pee stains around them, shower heads were white with hard water glogging them all up. I shouldnt have to clean, fix and tell renters at this price point. Overall great time, place and time. Would recommed. 9 out of 10. Thanks!

There were a number of issues that we had at this property. It was rented mainly for the "lazy river" feature so the kids could enjoy that. We were told by the pool service that the owners chose not to replace the parts needed for it to work, so basically it was just a regular pool. False advertisement. Owners also expected us to put on the pool covers every night, which is a HUGE headache as there are about 15 pieces that hook together. You cant expect guests to do that every day. We were told there was a bachelor party there the night before our stay, which resulted in a request for us to check in late. There were chew tobacco packs all over the ground surrounding the pool and jacuzzi, my husband had to spend an hour cleaning the Traeger and Blackstone grills before we could use them, they were disgusting. We also had to inform the owner that 2 separate drug items were found in the couch and window sill of the dining room. We rented the house for 7 nights, and had to call due to running out of dish soap and paper towels. When you have a rental you need to make sure there is sufficient supplies for your guests, especially when they are paying a hefty price to stay there. I usually don't post negative comments during our stays because you will always have little things to complain about, but in this case, I was definitely not pleased with our experience.

Awesome property, and amazing pool! Everything was superb - including the weather! We wished we could have used one slot in the 3-car garage but learned owners use that for their own vehicles. It turned out fine, we parked in the shade on driveway just behind the garage. The pool is beyond cool, with a tunnel, a built-in slide, etc. We played pingpong, putted on the multiple putting greens, played the giant Jenga game, enjoyed the hot tub, and had a blast hanging out together for the week. It was a short drive to Lake Pleasant where we rented a ski boat and spent a day on the water
super activity nearby. Also went out for dinner to a couple local restaurants that were recommended and both were phenomenal! Cooking at the property was also great
 we used two of the three (!) grills, and enjoyed eating around the large bar counter with built-in fire pit. Definitely a venue to consider for family gatherings!

This beautiful property was perfect for our family get together. The pool with lazy river was wonderful and enjoyed by the whole family. Property was clean and communication was excellent. Highly recommend this property!

We have been doing a girls trip for the last 6 years and I have to say this was my favorite.. This place is the perfect Oasis if you want to have a party in the backyard or if you just want to rest and get away from life. All the linens were clean. The place was just absolutely beautiful.. The host was very easy to get hold of and an absolute delight and when we had a late night flight he let us check out late.. I look forward to taking my family there on vacation. My teenagers are going to love it. Thank you for the wonderful time..

Property is unique and exactly as advertised. Spacious and luxurious with fantastic attention to detail. The pool was exactly as hopped for and by far the best in the PHX area. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking with activities for every potential need or want. Communication with owner was easy, quick and very attentive.

Check in was simple. We walked in the house and it was just beautiful. Lots of room to spread out. Beds were extremely comfortable. Outside was just amazing!! Beautiful pool area and plenty of patio furniture to relax around the pool. Very nice and quiet neighborhood! Shannon is great about answering any questions you might have! Check out was very simple! We loved it so much we want to go back.

Very nice place to stay. The house in great shape and accommodated are entire group. everyone loved the pool, slide and lazy river especially as hot as it was. The adults enjoyed some kid free time in the spa also.

Fantastic Experience

House is beautiful - exactly as pictured but even better in person. Beds were super comfortable. Linens were soft. Obviously the pool is the star of the property but the backyard in general is very nice - perfect for families. Plenty of pool towels, as well as pool floats, etc. Very safe neighborhood and easy access to a major road. Host was very responsive and quick to help with questions. I personally appreciated the extra little touches - it was easy to tell that this host truly wants to create a wonderful experience for their guests.

Outstanding home and pool!

The house was clean and very well kept. The pool is amazing. By far the best pool of any house we have ever rented! The location is great. Located in a quiet area with lots of privacy but close to grocery stores, coffee shops and shopping. We are already booking the same house for next year!

A Must Stay for All Ages

Beautiful and spacious, plenty of activities for all ages. And the pool!!! When they say one of the 10 best in AZ it’s the real deal. All ages will enjoy. Wonderful hosts who are very easy to reach and communicate with. If you’re looking for a family getaway or are a group of adult friends/family this THE place!

Winter get away

We stayed for a week in January to do some hiking and enjoy some sunshine. The backyard at this home is like having your own private resort. The owners have truly thought of everything from yard games to outdoor dining spaces to the “water park” of a pool that awaits you! Even with temps dropping to 38-45 degrees at night and getting to upper 60s during the day the pool maintained 85-86 degrees our entire stay and we were able to enjoy it! We appreciated that they provided laundry detergent, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, spices and some condiments. Tons of games and something for everyone to do! Hard to top this VRBO!!
