Welcome to our newly remodeled home with swim-up bar and heated pool. (ADDITIONAL FEE) You will feel like you are on a vacation retreat the second you drive up. As you enter, you can stop for a game of BILLIARDS, PING PONG, or continue on through the open concept family room and kitchen where you can treat yourself to some cold beverages at the fancy MARGARITAVILLE margarita maker. From there you will see the beautiful backyard pool. Throw your suit on and go relax poolside where there is seating for 4 at the swim up bar. If you need more to do, we have multiple yard games as well as corn hole and washers. Later that evening you can enjoy the barbecue area and the outdoor fireplace. The evening lighting will set your mood for a memorable vacation. We have wonderful neighbors, so we ask that you have quiet time starting at 10pm and no parties are allowed. As you make your way in for bed, you can enjoy your favorite shows on any of the 6 flatscreen TVs throughout the house all with YouTube TV with over 100 channels.

Beautiful furnishings/beds all throughout this 3000SF, 5 bedroom house with 5 beds. Perfect for multi-family gatherings and sports teams with enough beds to comfortably sleep 12 people including a large master bedroom.

This house is amazing!! Very clean, lots of space! The beds were comfy and spacious! Owner was great, we had an issue with the waterfall and he came right over and got it working! Will definitely go back!!

Family/friends reunion at this amazing property!

Would’ve given 6 stars if I could have. This place has everything you’ll need for everyone in your group. We comfortably slept 11 adults. Place was amazing, host was very responsive and helpful and the location was great. 12/10 will recommend and return!!

Ladies Get Away

The property is well appointed with all the comforts and state of the art technology. We enjoyed meal time with the fully stocked kitchen and double oven. The pool was our main source of outdoor entertainment. The swim up bar was great for relaxed conversation and evening happy hour. The host was attentive and responded to all requests and questions quickly. We loved our stay and will definitely return! Thank you kindly for sharing your beautiful home ❀

Spring Training

Highly recommend this house. One of the nicer short term rentals we’ve stayed in. The bedroom setup and floor plan worked well for our group. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The furnishings and amenities are high quality. They provided little extras like cooking oil for the flattop grill, games, hiking recommendations, ziplock baggies in the drawer. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and there’s a beautiful large park within walking distance. The backyard space was very nice, well thought out, and great for the kids. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property

Great Home and Location

This is one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in! Owner was very receptive and helpful to some questions we had. The backyard is truly an oasis! Very beautiful. Home was well supplied with all the amenities you could ask for! Will definitely stay her again with my family! Thank you Jason!!

Great family holiday stay

When we all walked in, each of us said wow! Great amenities with the swim-up bar, outdoor gas fireplace, huge yard, large beds, and ping pong/pool table. Felt like we had a our own private resort for an extended family getaway.

Great House

Plenty of room for our family of 4. Great pool and backyard. Ping pong table was an added bonus when the weather was bad. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to cook meals and we appreciated having the grill and outdoor refrigerator. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time

Perfect space for hanging out. Was able to do all our cooking on the grill or barbecue while being outside by the pool. Good sized bedrooms and space thru out the house that was very clean/ maintained. All four couples that stayed are all looking forward to staying again. Owner was very responsive to anything we needed.

Perfect rental

The rental was everything we were looking for. Plenty of bedrooms for a large group. Can’t beat the back yard with a pool, swim up bar with a flat top griddle, fire pit, and plenty of space for yard games that the host has at your disposal. Great location for getting around Phoenix with plenty of restaurants close.
