200 Steps to Private Beach - Ground Floor Condo!

Hey guys! We are located less than 200 steps from our communities gorgeous private beach! Book a week or more and get a 10% discount on your stay! At our condo you'll have a ground floor entrance with visibility to one of the property's two heated outdoor swimming pools, in addition to hot tub, onsite laundry facilities, and plenty of parking!

Some of our favorite amenities include:
- Private beach access less than 200 steps away

- Comfortable queen pull out couch

The Red Tape:

Gulfview Condominiums require at least one adult 25 or older to be present during stay.

Pets are not allowed. If a pet is present there will be a $250 fine and you will be asked to leave.

This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 6. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.

Quiet time is 10pm-8am, please be respectful of our neighbors or you will be asked to leave.

The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

No golf carts are allowed to be parked in the Gulfview parking lot.

Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

No late check-out or early check-in without prior approval.

We love the fact that the location was directly across the beach. No fighting for parking or a spot on th beach! It was the perfect walking distance! We enjoyed the stay very much!

Great place and location!

Single mom with 2 teenage boys had a great time. The condo was very clean. The walk to the beach was very easy and convenient. The only negative is that the condo was very tight, even for the 3 of us. The pool was ok and if you want to wash clothes, there are only 2 washer and dryers (that you have to pay for) for the entire complex. Overall for the price and location it was perfect for us!

Perfect location

My partner and I both loved the location of this condo. You are within walking distance to several restaurants and you don’t have to drive far to anything. The condo is right by the pool and hot tub but we actually never used the pool because the beach was so close. The condo is the perfect size for a couple or even a couple with one or two small kids.

Great close access to the beach! Hosts were so quick to respond! Well equipped condo for beach vaca, parking is easy, solid pool and hot tub. Couch is a bit squeaky but amazing spot :)

The condo was very clean. Everything was so well organized, and we had everything we needed. Owners were super responsive to our messages. The condo pools were clean and well kept. Beach was absolutely perfect with easy access from the condo. We would 100% stay again!

Excellent property

The condo has been renovated and was very clean and spacious, as pictured. The check-in process was simple. The kitchen was amply supplied and has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker (yes!). The location, just across from the beach with beach access, is super convenient. One of the two pools is just outside the door. Overall, my stay was excellent and I would certainly stay here again.

Excellent Location! Short walk to beach!

This condo is perfectly located! Short walk across the street to beach. Owners were exceptional to work with. The unit is newly decorated & very well equipped with every detail you would need to make this your home away from home. We enjoyed our stay!
