Johns Pass Studio # 1 Fisherman's Cove and Cottages

Only 150 steps into Johns Pass. Studio 1 - Newley Renovated Studio. No expense spared. Quality Linens, Smart Television, Quality Oversized Leather reclining love seat, Custom hybrid queen bed, full kitchen. Very comfortable for 2. If you have a larger family Studio 1 and 2 can be rented together and have an adjoining door to accommodate 4. This property is situated on a quite water front cove where 4 commercial fishing boats dock. If you get lucky enough you may run into the captain and crew either before or after their trip docking their vessel. Just under 150 steps to Village Blvd. in the heart of Johns Pass historic fishing village. Johns Pass offers Shopping, restaurants, water sports, tiki boat tours, bars and Fish Famous Wild Seafood Market at Dons Dock. Come watch a commercial fishing boat unload their catch at Dons Dock. Or take a quick 5-to-7-minute walk to our beautiful beach via the boardwalk for a day of fun in the sun or to wind down and watch one of our stunning sunsets.

Please bring all personal hygiene products. We will only supply paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and hand soap.

We have Two Nautica Back Pack 5 position lay back beach chairs in the unit under the bed. We have beach towels but they are just basic beach towels like you see at a hotel. If you want the really large beach towels I would recommend bringing.

Loved It!

We were absolutely blown away by the finishes and the space. Everything was well stocked, paper towels, soap, tp, etc. Very pleasantly surprised! We also loved the location, ease of access to John's Pass, the beach, and the bay view was really nice too. Our host, Vicky was awesome and responded quickly to everything. She even welcomed us with flowers, a cake, and a happy anniversary card since the trip was for our Anniversary! Such a nice touch! We will definitely be back to the area and would stay here again!

Fabulous Getaway

This cozy studio was perfect for a quick and affordable getaway from Ohio!! The location was perfect to sit in the back patio and look at the bay with boats and then walk across the street to the ocean! Shops everywhere and lots of restaurants with great nightlife! Very clean and Vicky thought if everything in this atudio! I will be back!!

Cute cottage

We had a seamless check in and the cottage was so quaint, right on the water with outdoor seating. We loved being right in John's pass where there is everything you need and you don't have to drive if you don't want to. We'll definitely be returning.

Wonderful

Check in was so easy! The cabin was extremely clean and the farmhouse beach decor was very comfortable! Close to everything we needed. Watched dolphins, manatee and birds in the bay. My husband and I will definitely stay again!Check out was just as easy also! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for my mother and I. Very clean with a comfortable bed. Location is great - boardwalk/restaurants/shops are a two minute walk and the beach is less than a five minute walk. We would definitely book again! :)

This little studio is bang for the buck!

This super-clean and comfortable studio is perfect for 1-2 people! The location is directly behind the fun bars/restaurants and shopping so you can walk to everything in John’s Pass. Vicky worked with us on our arrival day and with the help of the wonderful housekeeper, Yenny, we were able to get in early! What a bonus!The bed was comfortable, the recliner chairs with cup holders and side tables were perfect. Vicky was timely in communication and answered any questions we had throughout the process. We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location!

We found this place exactly as described. Vicky was very prompt and thorough with all communication. The place was extremely clean, and provided everything we would or could need for our stay. And the location could not have been better - walking distance to all attractions, including the beach access, in less than 10 minutes! I will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Absolutely amazing!

We stayed for the John’s Pass Seafood Festival and it was perfect! The location cannot be beat! We walked to everything and enjoyed being right on the water to see some dolphins! The cottage was super clean and very nicely decorated. It had everything you need for a home away from home. The only tricky part was finding the right spot for the not too hot/not too cold spot in the shower. We would definitely stay again.

We met up with friends that were also staying close by. The little studio was perfect for our stay. Unit is small but has all necessities. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Parking was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first time using a VRBO / Expedia and we had an amazing experience with our host Vicki. She was very accommodating as we got in early to the area and able to get into our rooms a little sooner. She was in communication at all times as we had a few other questions. I would highly recommend this cute cottage on the water/bay great views at night and close to everything within a few minutes of the boardwalk and everything else there was to see including the beach. Thank you so much and look forward to coming to the area again we would rent the exact same spot.
