Get the feel for Florida living in this fishing village apartment. Cozy living in this perfectly located 1 bedroom, 1 bath space. Behind Johns Pass with endless adventures waiting for you. Endless shops, restaurants and water sports! The apartment itself has an old Florida feel to it with a large shared back yard that overlooks the "mini marina" filled with fishing boats and wild life. Don't be surprised to see dolphin🐬 come by right off the docks! 5-7 minwalk to watch the intense beach sunset!

We have wonderful neighbors, so noise should be kept at a reasonable volume after 10pm and before 8am.
For insurance reasons, all overnight guests must be on the booking. - The doors and windows should be locked any time you go out.

Clean, comfortable, homey VRBO. Located within walking distance to John's Pass. Convenient to shopping and great restaurants. Host was easy to communicate with. Definitely would recommend this VRBO!!

Great location to Johns Pass. Clean which is always a must. Bathroom small and dated and could of used some hand towels and bath mat when getting out of shower. Otherwise, spacious and close to beach.Great parking spot.

Fun and convenient

It was very nice and clean,and comforable. It was close walking distance to lots of eating and shopping. We enjoyed our stay there. I would go there again.

Awesome location

Property was clean and location was great. Johns Pass is walking distance and no worries about parking. Many shops and restaurants are so close too. Outside your door is right on the water. Sit and enjoy the area and enjoy the gas firepit at night.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the bed is brand new and super comfortable. We have 1 parking spot ready for you, which is a hot commodity in this awesome little town!
