View over looking the ocean was great. Pools also excellent. Hot tub was Hot my guess 104. The Pool next to it was alittle on the cold side. Which I like. The second pool closer to this unit was a perfect temp. All very clean and very nice. Exercise room kinda basic but all you need.. Location perfect, across the street from the beach. Very close to a Walmart for any needed supplies. Number of good restaurants within walking distance.. jimmies on the pier 1 mile south of unit, Gumbo ?Spot (great dive) to the north.Plenty of good restaurants close.

I’m starting to finish our stay with spectacular. The condo is exactly what we were looking for, the perfect amount of space. The communication with the host was amazing! The convenience to everything was a huge deal for us and it was only six minutes to Moody Gardens and across the street from Walmart. We came here for dance nationals and if we come back, we will definitely be booking this condo in advance.

Condo was as pictured on vrbo. Very clean and cozy. Comfortable bedding. Kitchen was well equipped. The condo is located on 2nd floor, and there are no elevators. It was not a issue for us, but I didn’t remember reading about it in description of unit. Pools were very nice and clean. Beach is located directly across the street and very easy to access.

This condo was clean, cozy, but not small, plenty of comfortable seating for the five of us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, our 16 year old daughter loved the day bed room. All the amenities that you would expect and others that made our stay so much more enjoyable. There is soap, shampoo, & conditioner in both large showers. Anything you could need for the beach: beach towels in a bag, beach mat, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, a wagon to transport, and a cooler. No extensive list of chores to do, just a few common curtesy’s. The best part of this condo is the ocean view. My husband and I sat out there in the early mornings and a couple hours each evening. We would 100% stay here the next time we are in Galveston.

FABULOUS, spacious, extremely well-outfitted, very clean & homey!!! The host was great & checked on us a few times to make sure all was well! Condo was VERY comfortable, in general and felt more like a resort than a condo! Absolutely everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation is provided- just pack your swimsuit and go! We really enjoyed all the extra special touches- if you forget something, they will have it. Balcony was big enough for the 5 of us with nice comfy chairs & great views. Dawn condo property is awesome with 2 great pools & grill area. Lobby area is really nice and feels resort beachy. Also very conveniently located close to a stoplight so you can cross to the beach safely & easily. Nicest place we’ve ever stayed on the Seawall in 23 years. Thank you, Kim & David!

Once again the perfect place to stay!

This is our second year in a row to stay here with our family of 5. The place is beautiful, perfectly located to everything and the beds are the absolute most comfortable we’ve ever slept in.

Great condo! Perfect family getaway!

We loved our stay. Clean condo with a great location and balcony facing the ocean. It was the perfect size for us. We had four adults and two small kids who loved the trundle beds off the master bedroom. The pools were great and not too crowded. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable condo in a great location

The condo was comfortable, very clean, and in a great location. Just steps from the beach and minutes to stores and restaurants. We loved the comfy beds and it was perfect for our family of four. Highly recommend!

Friends family beach trip

We had an excellent stay with our 5 year old and 2 year old. This condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Toys for the kids, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards.
