Brand new 50ft pool, jacuzzi Spa and Sauna plus Children's playground! Rare Ocean View Montauk House (1acre of land) has 3 spacious King bedrooms with sleeping for up to 7 (if 2 people share the king beds & living room couch is utilized), an outdoor shower and breathtaking deck offer amazing views, and comfortable living space for your entire group. Home gym and a desk to work from home. The home is conveniently located a mile from the beach and in walking distance right by famous Rushmeyer's. Entire property is fenced in.

All Guests use Pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Gym Equipment as well as Children Playground on the lawn at their own risk. Adult supervision is required and children should be kept away from Gym Equipment at all times. Pool cover has to stay closed at all times unless when in use and adult supervised when you have children or dogs staying on property.

Wonderful spot overlooking the ocean, beautiful gardens, close to all

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks at this property. The house is on a hillside so there are views of the ocean from every room. The property is pristine and the gardens are lovely. Having dinner on the deck at their beautiful long table with really comfortable chairs was delightful and special. Owner was incredibly responsive when we inquired about little kinks like the primary bedroom electrical outlets don't work on one side of the bed. And she notified us right away when the power went out (in all of Montauk because of the heat). A few things that would have made our visit even better: - a coffee maker, we ended up buying a french press that we left at the house - beach gear - chairs, umbrella, towels - nicer bedding - this is me being a snob (I'm an interior designer) but 100% polyester bedding is so icky and cheap. We expected better quality for the price we paid for the rental. That being said, there were plenty of white towels that were soft and plush and lovely. - primary bedroom closet access. It felt awkward using a mini closet stand that sits in the room so you see all your clothes out - especially in the primary bedroom. - more glassware- somehow our family of four found that the 8 glasses weren't enough on a day to day and more so when our extended family visited. Overall we really enjoyed our time at this house and would love to stay here again!

Roomy, comfortable home with awesome outdoor space and grounds. Great location close to town!

Lovely clean home with comfortable living room/dining room area. Bedrooms were great with king size beds which were super comfortable to sleep on. Outdoor veranda and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Although the weather didn't cooperate the Memorial Day weekend, all in all we had a lovely stay!
