Our home features an entertainment bar, a well-appointed kitchen and an open dining area for eight; a relaxing living room with two new couches and a 65" tv; and three bedrooms with each having a full bath. The bedroom and full bath areas offer both privacy and comfort with the spacious master featuring a large screen tv and reading area with a luxurious jacuzzi tub and separate shower.ok

Perfect Stay for Our Family – Wonderful Host!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! My family and I truly enjoyed our time here — the home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. A big thank you to our host, who was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. Perfectly charming place in Winter Park

The house was fantastic. They had donuts upon arrival, which sent our kids through the roof! Property manager was one of the best I've ever experienced. She was so communicative and helpful. The furniture and everything was incredibly clean and well taken care of. No complaints whatsoever and would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful and convenient stay!

Loved our stay in this winter park home. Would suggest a barn door to master bath vs curtain but overall great place! Very clean. And convenient to downtown Winter Park.

Excellent experience start to finish

We had a wonderful experience at Sue and Blake's VRBO, where we stayed over Thanksgiving week. Plenty of space and great little outdoor area to relax. The location is excellent, walking distance to East End market and very close to downtown Winter Park. Host communication A+++!

Wonderful Winter Park Home

Loved our stay at this gorgeous, modern, newly-renovated home. We are finalizing renovations at our home and wanted a place to stay for two weeks. This was just what we needed and a perfect escape. This home is conveniently located near Baldwin Park, East End Market and Audubon Park. The owners are so kind and responsive. A Property Manager was available to check on the property and she was so nice as well. We were greeted with a box of gourmet donuts from The Salty Donut. What a thoughtful surprise. The home is even nicer in person. The master bedroom is huge and opened up to an outdoor brick deck with string lights. We were sad to leave. Highly recommend.

Beautiful stay in a great location

My family had a wonderful visit here. The house was clean and spacious, and the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. It is a very safe house for kids. You cannot beat the location, and the neighborhood is beautiful for taking walks and looking for wildlife. We had a great vacation!

Great Rental

We had a great stay at this property. The property manager was very easy to work with and quick to respond. The house is in a fabulous location in the heart of Winter Park and very clean with new furnishings. I would highly recommend this property!

Location, location, location

Sue's home is located in a great place for walking and taking in the beautiful sights of Winter Park. We were there for an unexpected funeral and the proximity to parks and natural areas was just what we needed. I am an outdoor person and like picking my rentals based on what I can do outside of the home and this home met all my expectations. Sue and her manager were available and quickly answered any question I had. I liked the easy access to the home. The king-sized mattress in master bedroom is phenomenal. I liked the backyard patio with it's privacy fence too. If I needed to return to Orlando, I would again rent Sue's home. Sue is a great host.
