Newly remodeled Evian Villa with keyless entry. Prettiest community in gated Shipyards! Perfect for families or a couples getaway. Dual thermostats to ensure adequate comfort on both levels of living. Two story, 2 bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 1/2 bath villa located on 7th fairway of Brigantine course in beautiful Shipyards. Stainless steel appliances and fully furnished kitchen with breakfast nook (seating for four). Additional dining seating off the kitchen for six. The living room accommodates six comfortably. Back door access to partially covered Trex deck. Half bath on first floor. Plenty of board games and puzzles to enjoy. Bedrooms located on 2nd floor. Master BR with king bed, private bath with walk-in shower and cable TV. Second bedroom overlooks golf course, comfortably accommodates two queen beds (sleeps 4), private bath with a walk-in shower. Plenty of storage space in both bedrooms. Screen doors (front & back) allow breeze to pass through Villa on cooler days. Enjoy morning coffee, an adult beverage or a meal on back deck while watching golfers and enjoying the tranquility Evian has to offer. A short walk to lagoon where you can sit on the Adirondack chairs or walk the trails & enjoy the wildlife that has made Evian their home. Newly rebuilt gazebo overlooking lagoon. A two minute walk from the Villa to free tennis, pickleball, and swimming pool. Five minute bike ride to beach (10 to 15 minute walk) or use the seasonal trolley (fees apply) to Shipyard beach (marker 72) where you will find the beautiful beaches Hilton Head is known for. Two beach chairs included for your use. Restrooms and showers to rinse off sand after spending the day at the beach are available at the Shipyard Boardwalk. This villa includes full size washer and dryer on second floor as well as high speed internet access with private WI-FI network. Starter supply of toiletries, paper products and coffee provided. Evian 204 is a perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy a slice of paradise! We believe Evian is the prettiest community in all of Shipyards (and maybe all of Hilton Head)!

Two vehicles permitted, one free pass (second pass $35.00). Must notify owner one week in advance if second pass is needed.

Amazing stay with super thoughtful hosts I highly recommend this unit. Excellent layout, perfectly updated throughout, practically across the parking lot from the pool, and many comforts in the home that went above and beyond what I usually see in rentals!

Summer vacation

We loved the unit, we love the area! We have stayed in shipyard several times and this unit did not disappoint. The house was very clean, had everything we needed to have the best vacation! Host was great, easy to check in and clear checkout instructions. We would stay here again!

We had a very nice stay. Peace, quiet and comfortable beds are very important to us. This unit checked all of our boxes. We did not cook any meals so can’t comment on this but everything else was exactly as described. Owners were great to deal with and excellent communication. Easy bike ride to beach. Great location. Highly recommend.

What an outstanding property!!! I have been going to Hilton Head for 45 years and this is one of the nicest properties I have stayed at. Evian is one of the oldest complexes in Shipyard Plantation but this unit was totally updated beautifully. The unit is 2 stories with both bedrooms upstairs with a very nice size master and the second bedroom had 2 queen beds . Donna and Tom DeChant were wonderful hosts-very communicative, kind, helpful. This property deserves all the great reviews-I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Evian 204 is a beautiful villa! It was clean and decorated very nice. Everything thing we needed to enjoy our week was right at our fingertips. The kitchen was fully equipped which made it easy to make coffee in the morning to enjoy on the deck overlooking the golf course. The beach was a quick bike ride away and there were extra beach chairs at the villa to use. The pool was just a short walk away. We having been coming to HHI since I was a kid and loved everything about this trip. Tom and Donna are excellent hosts and we would stay here again!

My wife and I have been vacationing in Shipyard for more than 35 years. Sometimes you can’t wait to go home and sometimes you feel like you’re home. We FELT AT HOME - That was our experience staying at this beautiful villa in Evian. The first thing we noticed walking in was a fresh, clean smell. You know what I’m talking about, right? Some places you go and it smells funky, but not here. It was spotless, well decorated, neatly organized, and spacious. Communication with the DeChants was very timely and check-in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed, the AC was cold, the beds were very comfortable and we loved that the vanity/sink was separate from the toilet and shower room. Drinking coffee on the back deck watching deer (and bad golfers) was a plus. It was very convenient to the pool and less than a 10min bike ride to the beach. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home and will be back!

Tom & Donna DeChant. We are from Northeast Ohio and have been coming to Hilton Head for at least 20 years. One of our first visits was to Evian and we fell in love with the beautiful grounds of this gated community. We bought Evian 204 in May 2024. We come as often as we can, making it here every 2-3 months. Our family loves the island as well. We enjoy the walking bridge following the path around the lagoon watching the wildlife, playing pickleball or sitting on the back deck with a good book. Please consider Evian 204, it really is a slice of paradise!
