LOCATION:

Las Palmas is located at the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana, the Dominican Republic.

Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.

Since the resort’s opening in 1974 as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities from all over the world. Known as the best golf resort, the 3 Pete Dye golf courses include Teeth of the Dog, which is ranked as one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean.

This incredible 7,000-acre resort, located in La Romana on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, is a tropical playground that features a unique variety of amenities and a private beach club with swimming pools at Minitas Beach. Casa de Campo is also home to many gourmet dining options, fantastic bars, and Altos de Chavón – a one-of-a-kind 16th-century replica Mediterranean village.

La Romana airport is located five minutes from the resort. Punta Cana Airport is located approx. 45-minutes drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away.

THE SPACE:

Las Palmas 22 is an 8-bedroom, 8 1/2 bath, 3-storey villa with a private swimming pool & Jacuzzi, and plenty of indoor-outdoor spaces with plant- and water features that flow seamlessly together. The villa has a large backyard lined with tall palm trees that faces the Dye Fore golf course with a view towards the Caribbean Sea.

This villa features an open floor plan with beautiful décor and a unique design. The villa is tropical, modern, and stylish and allows the warm, Caribbean breeze to flow throughout the entire property.

Contemporary furniture, decor, and luxurious stone/coral/wood finishing give the interior design a very stylish feature. Light colors, high ceilings and lots of interior/exterior water features, and small, green oases give this villa a very pleasant and relaxing vibe. This is the place to spend the best time together with your family & friends.

The garden provides plenty of green space to enjoy, and if you are traveling with children, this is a great place for them to play. Space is abundant, and there’s also a playground with swings, a slide, overhead climbers, a treehouse, etc. - so get ready for lots of fun games!

The expansive family entertainment living room has a TV and air-conditioning. The family room opens to a covered terrace overlooking the ocean and connects to the outer deck and pool.

The formal indoor dining room seats 16 persons and has air-conditioning, double-height ceilings, and beautiful chandeliers. It's the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and commercial restaurant appliances, AND your villa rental includes a cook, who will prepare your daily meals in the villa (groceries are not included), so you have less to worry about during your vacation.

Spend your days swimming and playing in the pool or the garden. Enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining area overlooking the lawn and take a nap in the comfortable sofas on the terrace. This is your private oasis.

Get the popcorn ready and enjoy movie nights at the villa’s private home movie theater, which has a 120-inch big screen and surround sound. The kids will love to hang out here and watch cartoons/movies.

Las Palmas 22 has 8 large bedrooms, including 3 primary bedrooms on the main floor! The bedrooms are located on 3 different levels/floors.

Bedroom 1: The 1st primary bedroom (main floor) with 1 King bed, a single pull-out bed, closet space, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite bathroom, and a small terrace, sitting above a pond and overlooking the swimming pool and outdoor areas.

Bedroom 2: The 2nd primary bedroom (main floor) with 1 King bed, a single pull-out bed, closet space, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite bathroom, and a small terrace, sitting above a pond and overlooking the swimming pool and outdoor areas.

Bedroom 3: The 3rd primary bedroom (main floor) with 1 King bed, a single pull-out bed, closet space, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite bathroom, and a small terrace, sitting above a pond and overlooking the swimming pool and outdoor areas.

The casa de Campo resort fee is included in the rental price of the villa for all booking starting June 04, 2025 or later.

VILLA STAFF:

Cook: Your private Spanish-speaking cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The cook may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
