2 The Sea is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom 3rd-floor condo that comfortably sleeps 4. Come enjoy our newly renovated space just steps from a private beach and community pool in the popular Palms at Seagrove.

Location:
Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Featuring a community pool and private beach access. 2 The Sea is a 10 minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square!
Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but are always available to assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking:
Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take your 1 allocated parking space.
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The Palms of Seagrove is centrally located in Seagrove right on 30A with easy and private beach access. Take walks along the beach, ride your bike or walk to local restaurants, shopping, or Seaside along the 18.5 miles of paved dedicated paths along 30A.
Getting Around:
Navigating to and from 2 The Sea is convenient. You'll have parking for one vehicle in the open parking lot. Please remember that boats, trailers, and U-Hauls are not allowed. If you choose to rent a golf cart, it must be gas-powered and will use your designated parking spot. The closest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), about a 30-40 minute drive. From the condo, you can easily walk, bike, or drive to local restaurants and shops along 30A. Enjoy your vacation!

Absolutely loved his condo. It had everything we needed and was easy access to the beach. Loved the Fiesta dishes and the decor of the whole condo. Bed was comfortable...we did not use the bunk beds, but they seemed very comfortable, even for an adult. The balcony furniture was very comfortable and made it fun to sit out in the evening. Everything was brand new and very nice.

Great location, easy, private beach access. Updated unit, tastefully done, very clean. Kismet and owners of unit were very responsive when refrigerator was not working. Kitchen is well equipped. Washer/dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom. Lots of towels. Definitely recommend if you are a family of 4 or 2 single friends. Bunk beds in hall are comfortable, light, plug-ins for charging, and even a shelf to place glasses or even your glass of wine.

My wife and I, after being renters for family vacations for years, decided to become owners and make it a family venture. We rent "2 The Sea" as a way to cover the overhead. 30a was the obvious choice for us for obvious reasons if you've ever visited 30a. We sold a condo last year and we were able to buy in The Palms to be on the south side of 30a. We are excited about that. We are thoroughly enjoying 30a, The Palms at Seagrove, and our own slice of heaven; "2 The Sea"! We hope you will come stay in our little condo, and enjoy it as much as we do.
