Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was in the perfect location; we literally stepped off our patio onto the stairs to the sand below. Also. We were only about a five minute walk to Cafe 30A, one of our favorite restaurants. The unit was spotless and well-stocked. Management team responded quickly to our questions. The weather was good and we enjoyed wonderful meals at Cafe 30A, Fish Out of Water, Borago Trattoria, and the wine and cheese place in Watercolor.

Great location and access to the beach. We were locked out several times as the door would not take the code. The management company was good about sending someone. The condo is very dated and had mold and rot in the bathroom. All the other units like our had nice outdoor furniture so you could see over the fencing. We would for sure rent one of those units next time as sitting on the patio and looking at the ocean is a huge part of our vacation.

Villa Dunes 5A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was ready when we arrived and was very clean. We have been coming to the 30A area for 15 years and have rented through several different management companies. Without a doubt, the properties with Benchmark have been the cleanest and most well kept properties. In addition, Benchmark has done the best job of communicating with us from start to finish. They provide clear check in instructions prior to the start of our stays. Once checked in, they immediately contacted us to make sure the unit is clean and meets our approval. During the week, they randomly check in with us (without being annoying) to make sure everything is going smoothly. At the end of the stay, they provide concise check out instructions. And on the rare occasions we’ve had to report an issue with the unit (leaking kitchen faucet, etc), they have responded immediately and addressed the issue at a time that was convenient for us. What else can you expect from a property management company? As long as Benchmark will keep providing this kind of experience with a reasonable weekly rental rate, I have no reason to look at properties managed by other companies.

Great little Couples Get Away

The Location was ideal, with walking options close by & biking options all around. Access to the beach was about 40 steps away and very close…made for easy back-n-forth during the beach time. Parking was right up front to door, and bike rack adjacent. Would stay here again, for sure

Beautiful and Convenient Location!

Can hear the ocean in your living room! Beautiful views, great amenities and amazing convenience to the beach. Only 35 stairs down! Parking is very tight though if you drive a big truck! Would definitely come back!
