Le Palms at Seagrove C4 est au premier étage et offre un accÚs facile à la promenade de la plage. Le complexe est un favori pour les clients réguliers année aprÚs année et tous les condos ont une chambre et deux salles de bain complÚtes. Le décor ensoleillé de C4 est charmant et comprend une chambre lit king-size, un canapé-lit dans le salon et des lits superposés intégrés dans le couloir pour les enfants. Détendez-vous et profitez des couchers de soleil spectaculaires et des brises fraßches du golfe depuis le patio.

Le Palms a une piscine communautaire et des grillades pour les repas de l'aprÚs-midi et il y a une promenade privée pour accéder à la plage. L'emplacement est à distance de marche des restaurants, des commerces et des activités de la région. La région offre un sentier pavé qui suit 30-A utilisé pour la marche, le jogging et la location de vélos et de vélos sont disponibles auprÚs de vendeurs locaux.

Prime location

The first floor unit is as close to the beach entrance as you can get. We loved being able to walk right into the back sliding door and enjoy the grass area in the evenings. Short bike ride into Seaside. We were very pleased at the cleanliness of the entire property. Thanks for the great vacation.

Home away from home.

Beach access from the sliding back door of the condo. First floor, easy access to parking lot. Restaurants & grocery was driving (or bike) distance. Condo had all amenities for the kitchen. Bring your own toilet paper if staying for more than 2 nights. It’s a home, not a hotel. Cozy decor, comfortable for both toddlers and adults. Beach chair rentals available, recommend to call one day before for reservations. Will stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this condo. Being on the 1st floor with a 8 month old with just steps to the beach made it so convenient. We are already thinking of coming back next February.

Perfect condo in perfect location

The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable and the window treatments blocked out any light. The location was perfect and centrally located on 30a. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spring break!

We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. The condo was in great shape, very clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect for our high school girls to enjoy spending time with their friends at Sea Side and around Sea Grove.

Property was very clean. Everything I expected. Walk out patio door beach was right there. Bed was comfortable I liked have two bathrooms. Had everything you would ever need. Would stay there again. Close to restaurants and shops.

Steps from the beach

Really enjoyed this rental. Being steps away from the beach was great, especially when you have a small child. The only suggestion I would make would be to add privacy curtains in the living room. There is a folding partition provided, however, it is difficult to set up and rather inconvenient. I would definitely stay again!

Everything we wanted - Wish we could come back

Excellent property and highly recommended for smaller parties. Literally steps from the beach. Exactly as described. Clean and updated interior. Great communication from property manager. Check-in was easy as could be. Saw dolphins right from the patio. Located on 30A and maybe 15 minutes from the other 30A towns, so tons of food and drink options nearby. Great location to either just hang on the beach or to explore other local towns.

Spacious family room and bedroom - our kids loved the hallway bunks. The location is the best part - lots of things to walk to (doughnuts, souvenir shop, restaurant) - this first floor condo is located right at the steps to the beach, which is perfect. The view is unbelievable. Great stay! We will definitely book again.
