Super quiet throughout the whole house that is located in the prestigious area of The Roads, close to Down Town, Coconut Grove, Brickell and a 15 minute drive to South Pointe Beach and 20 min to Miami International Airport

Great experience

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was ideal—just about a mile walk to downtown Brickell, which made it easy to explore restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. The hosts were incredibly kind and courteous, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting the Brickell/Miami area!

Great place

Loved the VRBO, host was very communicative throughout process. Place was clean, comfy, and so cute and close to great places in Miami. Will be staying again if we come back!

Wonderful home in great location

This house was wonderful and exactly as listed. Pleasant and safe to walk around and close proximity to Brickell, Coconut Grove, and Key Biscayne. Hosts were great to communicate with, and I would definitely stay again.

Great Place

The location and place were very good. I will do it again. One drawback thou...this annoying flashing green light coming from a CO2/Smoke detector right above my head in the master bedroom, flashing all night was not pleasant at all. Otherwise, if they fix that problem, I will go back in a heartbeat.

5 mn de brickel, de calle ocho. 15mn miami Beach, key biskeyne, Mille Coral Gables. Le top. Maisonnette indépendante en retrait des grandes artÚres, Calme !

Marco ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut! Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben! Die Lage ist toll. Alles passte, man kann es nur empfehlen!

residential miami

The property is well equiped with anything you can need. Central A/C, washer dryer, dishwasher, balcony. Beach chairs and umbrella. Quiet apartment in residential area 20 min away from Miami Beach 15 min from Winwood and walking distance to restaurants in Brickell. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend it.

Welcoming Space, Easy access to great parts of town, Excellent Stay

I came down w/ 2 friends for a weekend wedding in Miami. The house met all the needs - location, cost, and sleeping space. The house is in a wonderfully pleasant neighborhood, slightly long walks to get out of the neighborhood, but local food is walkable. Very simple to grab an uber to get anywhere - Coconut Beach, Brickell, downtown, South Beach, Wynwood. Kitchen was great, washer/dryer wonderful, beds great. Thank you so much for the stay!

Great stay

I stayed at Marco & Mariana's place for a month. Great location - quiet neighborhood central to everything. The place was bright and comfortable with all the necessities and just the right amount of communication.

Great find in a great location!

Really enjoyed the property - quiet, safe neighborhood, with great access to Brickell, Coconut Grove, and 95 to get to South Beach and beyond, along with US 1 to go further south in Miami. Easy street parking, really clean space with tons of storage and laundry. Nice, simple and warm decor as well. Host was easy to connect with as needed. Would definitely stay here again in a future visit.

Clean, Quiet, Calm Stopover

Great quiet clean neighborhood. Could be one of the nicest residential neighborhoods in Miami. Very clean and well kept rental. Great air conditioning. This was a relaxing stopover for us during very hectic personal activities. The owners are very down to earth family people. Easy to speak with.
