Wanting privacy? No problem! All windows are double-pained, and have honeycomb blinds protecting both your privacy and maintaining a cool and comfortable space to relax and chill. Two 55-inch digital televisions with surround sound will bring you that favorite game and movie night experience you desire in both the living room and bedroom. Wireless internet, Cable TV with all the movie, sports, news channels or ROKU TV make your show selections hassle free or plug in your own apple TV and enjoy your personal selections.

The state-of-the-art kitchen provides you with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas range, marble countertops, self-closing cupboards/drawers, pull out shelves, plenty of pantry space, garbage disposal, cool water dispenser in refrigerator, ice maker, OXO automatic drip coffee maker, Keurig and a fully loaded kitchen with all the dish-ware and utensils you would need. We even added the blender and waffle maker. Just head to the store and fill up the fridge with your favorites and you are set. Trader Joes, Vons and Ralphs are just a short drive away.

The bedroom features a queen size bed, dual night-stands, a five drawer dresser and a whopping 55 inch television. Adjust your comfort level while enjoying the Palm Springs weather with the remote controlled ceiling fans and dual air/heat conditioners in both the bedroom and living room. Need closet space? The walk-in closet provides more than you'll need for plenty of extra space. Want to feel the cool desert air while you sleep? The large sliding windows adjust perfectly with the blinds and curtains to provide a cool breeze or a totally dark room. You'll wake up to the sound of chirping Mocking Birds as you lay there in total relaxation.

Your bathroom needs are as comfortable as can be with a walk in shower and plenty of room to enjoy the "rain on me" shower head or hand-held shower wand with TONS of water pressure and hot water that will never run out! Granite vanity with perfectly designed storage space, electric plug-ins, heated towel racks, overhead heated fans, ventilation and bidet attached to the toilet for added comfort if desired.

Unwind at one of the two pools or spa at Desert Skies. Lounge in the sun, enjoy a cookout at the pool with the natural gas grill and chill out next to the gas fire-pit. One pool is heated to 85 degrees or enjoy the naturally heated cooler pool and bubbling 105 degree spa for a relaxing warm up while gazing at the stars or palm trees above.

Laundry Amenities on site- Keyed access in the adjacent building with no coins needed. Simply use the PayRange App on your smart phone to activate washers and dryers. Coin laundry is also available.

Assigned off-street parking right next to the unit in space #72. Plenty of on-street parking for guests too.

Now that you're moved in it's time to enjoy the tranquility of Indian Canyons and South Palm Springs. The South Lykken Trailhead is walking distance from your doorstep. Just a short drive or bike ride from the Condo where you'll find Indian Canyons and Tahquitz Canyon for an amazing hiking, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indian heritage and nature experience. You'll definitely want to enjoy a walk around the neighborhood in the morning and evenings to enjoy the surrounding mid-century modern homes of our Indian Canyon and Canyon Corridor neighborhoods. Want to pedal your way around Palm Springs? A bike can easily fit in the walk-in bedroom closet, (just try not to bump the walls). Designated bike paths surround you at Desert Skies. Golfers! Indian Canyons Golf Resort and Restaurant that is open to the public is located one mile away along with horse-back riding at Smoke Tree Stables.

NO flushable wipes. Use the bidet and ONLY toilet paper.
No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapes, etc)
No pets
No parties
Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
Park only in space #72 or curbside at the street
While dining at the pool area use only the acrylic plates, tumblers and wine glasses. No glass or porcelain is allowed at the pool.
Pool/Hot-tub hours of use are 7am-10pm only.
Damages to contents shall result in additional charges.
Quiet time is between 10PM - 7AM at the pool. Be mindful of noise levels while using the entertainment system.
Only registered guests are allowed
No exception to check-in and check-out times unless discussed in advance
The fee for a lost key will is $30
No shoes inside the home please- Use the small grey rug near the entryway.
Please turn off lights when away
You will be responsible for electric bill fees exceeding $125/month: be mindful of A/C use and temperature setting. If you leave for an extended time you can set A/C to 89°F Cool Mode to reduce costs (see Devices & Remotes section below). Do Not completely turn off A/C when away: it may result in severe heat-damage to the condo.
