Sterling Shores 408 is a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of Destin, offering a spacious and comfortable retreat that sleeps up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, and the private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. One guest bedroom includes a full bed, while the second guest room offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it ideal for families. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Sterling Shores 408 is the perfect place to experience the beauty of the Emerald Coast while enjoying all the wonderful amenities that Sterling Shores has to offer.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Sterling Shores is a gated, 11-story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. The beach pool is heated from November to May, depending on temperatures. The lagoon pool is not heated.

Area Attractions: 

Sterling Shores is located in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park and is near great restaurants and attractions like The Destin Track and Big Kahunas Water Park. Wander the 100 ft down to the beachfront Back Porch restaurant for a bite or drink. Happy Ours is in a wonderful location.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
