Enjoy amazing views from this eleventh floor penthouse. Complimentary wifi, private washer and dryer, Parking available for 3 vehicles in the unassigned parking lot.

As part of the gated Sterling Shores community, enjoy two pools (beach front pool is heated from Oct-May, larger pool cannot be heated), a beachside snack bar, grill areas, and a fitness center. Just off Highway 98, this prime locale offers quick access to great restaurants and a wide variety of favorite local attractions.

LIVING AREA The open living area includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. Slide open the glass doors to the balcony and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze.

KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals at the dining table for six, or perch at the bar for three.

BED & BATH This penthouse sleeps up to 12 guests between four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, which provides a king bed, flat-screen TV with cable and Roku, and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV with cable and Roku, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player, while a fourth bedroom has two queen beds and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The guest bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The condo was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The only downfall and it was no fault of the condo owners was the construction noise right outside our doors due them redoing cement work and grinding out cement and power washing. The noise would start at 8 am and go until late afternoon. I would definitely rent this unit again.

It was all beautiful. Resort and PH6 was great and very well located. Trip was fun and a wonderful get away for our group of 4 lady friends. Time flew by too fast.

One of my favorites!!

My husband and I have rented many properties for vacations and this one definitely rates in the top three! It included everything we needed and more! We have a couple small issues but they were taken care of immediately. The property was beautiful, the pools were clean, beach access was only steps away and having The Back Porch restaurant right on the property was very convenient. If we come back to Destin, we will be renting this property again.

The property is very well kept and in a great location. Quick walk to beach (2-3 min) The pool area is very nice although the water was a bit cold. Smaller pool had much warmer water. Condo is set up nicely and we would recommend it to everyone. View is fantastic 👌

We would totally stay here again!

Love the size, view, location... AC broke one day but the property manager had it fixed that day. The balcony needs more furniture but the property manager said the owner has already ordered more. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this property.

A beautiful experience!!

The location is amazing, heated pool so lovely at this time of the year and views from the 11th floor were breath taking!! The property management were awesome. Went to the store right away for stuff we needed for the kitchen. It was everyrhing and more. Just be aware that pictures always make it look more spacious than it is. Would definitely come back but our family likes to try different places.

Very nice penthouse unit, beautiful grounds/amenities

When I reserved this condo, I realized that it was across the street from the beach and I was concerned that I would regret not being directly on the sand. As it turned out, this was not a negative at all. The beach view from this unit is beautiful and the short walk across the immaculate tropical grounds was always a pleasure. You should strongly consider renting this unit-it’s a very nice one. We will definitely check for the availability of Sterling Shores PH 6 the next time we go to to Destin.
