We went back and carefully reviewed the Vrbo listing for our stay from January 3rd–9th, and we want to follow up regarding several unresolved issues.The listing clearly advertises a hot tub / spa as an included amenity and states that “our prices include all fees – no hidden fees.” There is no disclosure in the listing that the hot tub requires an additional 45 per day to be usable. This was only communicated about the pool, which resulted in lost use of an advertised amenity for the duration of our stay.In addition, multiple issues we reported were not resolved or were only partially addressed. There was no fitted sheets on my bed and the flat sheet just moved around constantly and I ended up sleeping on a stained nasty mattress every night. Maintenance dropped off flat sheets instead of fitted sheets, no washcloths were provided, and only one motion sensor light was fixed. Other issues, including missing supplies, temperature control, no working light in one of the bedrooms, the and said 2 driers and there was only one and it stopped working, the dishwasher had to be run multiple times for each load, and general functionality, continued to impact our stay.We also lost time and access to resort amenities due to the clubhouse access issue where they would not let us in because they were having an issue with the home owner. We found illegal substanc floating in the pool also and they just said I can’t control what others bring in
but if it was cleaned on a regular basis

Cleaning was a little questionable. Didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have control of the AC to keep the house cool. We can home everyday from the parks and the house was almost 80 degrees. After being in the sun all day, baking like a rotisserie chicken, you want to come home to a cool house. Then, once the house got cooler it was time to go to bed and it got warmer during the night so I woke up sweaty. Otherwise, house was great. My clean is different than others!!!

More than disappointed

- 3 attempts to get through the guard gate (reservation entered wrong, had to circle around twice) - Advertised ping pong table not in home (new 1 showed up on our last day)- Pool table felt, ripped in many places, missing the "1" ball for a full rack of balls, pool cues missing tips or had broken tips ( 4 pool sticks, 1 was functional but not enough balls to play)- Game room (garage) not Air Conditioned (2 small, wall mounted oscillating fans)- Foosball table had no balls and was not playable- Dishes in cupboards were filthy and had to be washed before using- Many beds with no fitted sheets, no extra linens found to be used- Urine stained Mattresses (There were mattress protectors)- Motion censor lights especially in the bathrooms that will blind you in the middle of the night-Ceiling Fan in the main Living room did not work (was told previous guest lost remote, did not work our entire stay)- Guest who used the pool complained of having "Hair" on them when they exited the pool. This hair did not match anyone that was in our group- Hair in Master Bath Tub drain- Unable to get 4 cars in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk, was about to get some kind of notice on on the windshield but was able to move it before that happened.-Maintenance guy was incredibly nice

11 of us spent a wonderful couple of weeks at Mickey's 9BR. We really loved the house and its facilities. The kids had a blast in the pool and everyone found the beds comfy. The game room was also well utilized. We did find the kitchen a little under stocked when it came to cooking and the dishwasher was not in good shape.Bathrooms and bedrooms were great, with the kids loving the themed rooms. WIFI worked well and the check in procedure was smooth.Location was decent. Thanks to the wonderful I4, Disney took us about 35 or so minutes to get to each morning and Universal was closer to the 45-50 minute range.Overall, a wonderful place that served our family well.

The house was nice but could use a deep cleaning. The BBQ was dirty and the grease that had built up started on fire. The temp in the house automatically goes up to 82 in the night (by schedule or the owners). It was an overall fun trip with family but we would stay elsewhere next time. Traffic in and out of the development is very slow due to traffic and the check in process.

The house was beautiful and the perfect size for my 14 family members. It was conveniently located near Publix and other fast food places. Not far from universal Studios and Disney world. The pool was perfect for the little one and the teenagers. I would definitely love to rent this house again when opportunity presents. Oh response time was with 24 hours but we had no major issues.

Spring Break Trip

The house was amazing very spacious beautiful set up. Big kitchen area and beds were very comfortable. We all had an amazing time even though it was a short trip but it was all worth it. The kids really enjoyed their self we didn't want to leave. Since my husband is from Orlando but moved to Tallahassee so when he gets a chance to see his family he does so his sister came to visit us one day we was there and we didn't know we had to add her to the list so all it took was for to message the host and he added her with no problem. This was a great weekend we are talkung about booking this house again fir next year spring break but with more days.

Pleasant stay !

We would definitely stay at this house again ! From checking in to checking out we had no problems at all ! Would definitely recommend this to others ! Pool area could use some TLC but one has to remember it’s the outdoors and these places are not rented every week or month so it sits ! Lounge chairs could be replaced and fencing around the pool area could have had a little TLC ! Again nothing that put a damper on our stay !

Great Stay

Overall, great stay! Nice spacious home with plenty of bedrooms, a washer/dryer, game room, private pool and hot tub, and a wonderful resort community pool/waterslide/club. Place was clean, just needs a nice deep clean as well as a new Keurig machine, as it wouldn’t power on. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Great place for a large group - we would stay again!

Family vacay

Overall rental was as expected but it was not as clean as other rentals I have stayed in. Several different spots with layers of dust so allergies for some of our guests was an issue. There was also an issue with outside hose turned in while we were away and it was making terrible noise inside the home. They valve was also broken

Hyatt Family Thanksgiving Vacation

Everything was absolutely perfect! Kenny was great to work with. We only had one little glitch getting one of my sons and his family in at the gate on the first night but Kenny got it worked out quickly and we really appreciated it! We will recommend your property to everyone we know!

Just okay

Fire alarm went off at 400AM for no reason. Very scary for the children and my autistic daughter. Air conditioning hard to regulate. Some chipped dishes and kuerig didn't work. Loved the lazy river.
