King House est conçue pour la vie en plein air dans les Caraïbes. Les quatre suites sont séparées de la maison principale et tous ont l'air conditionné et salles de bain complÚtes. Le salon principal a une salle à manger formelle et un salon bien aménagé avec de belles vues sur l'océan. La cuisine est ouverte sur les jardins et donne sur la mer des Caraïbes. Rien n'a manqué dans cette propriété en bord de mer incroyable. Une courte promenade dans la pelouse vous met sur un quart de mile longue plage de sable fin qui est beau.

HEAVEN

We have vacationed in several estates in St. Croix over the years, but this one wins the prize. Location, indoor and outdoor spaces galore, and the price is right. Do not miss this one.

Great Stay at the King House

There were three couples that spent a week here in February. House lived up to its expectations. The highlights for our group were the well stocked, large kitchen with amazing views, the pool area and the beach that was a short walk away. We also enjoyed the small courtyard to enjoy some quiet time. Katherine was very responsive and the welcome book is very helpful! We would definitely consider another stay at this beautiful home!

Perfect Island escape

King House is a perfect piece of island life. Katherine is the best host. She is there when you need her and allows you to relax and enjoy. The house allows for the perfect outdoor/indoor blend of shared space with a lovely pool and access to the neighborhood beach. Would recommend without reservation and we hope to return

Beautiful Beach Estate

Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Kitchen is large and outside seating and pool relaxing.Great location for shopping and site seeing. The beach is almost private and beautiful sand. Would highly recommend. Great views.

Vacation Perfection

King House was a perfect setting for a perfect vacation. Our group of 7 enjoyed this open floor plan while each having our own suite to retreat to at the end of the day. We cooked 2 family meals in their fabulous kitchen and enjoyed pool time and beach time as well. We felt safe, pampered and sun kissed!

Amazing house located on a beautiful sandy beach. Be sure to check out the notebook in the kitchen with recommendations for restaurants and fun activities. We missed out on the bingo disco night - so be sure to book that one in advance before you arrive.

Great unique open air home!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this lovely home. The indoor/outdoor feel of the kitchen was delightful and we enjoyed walking down to the beach to take a quick dip or find sea treasures. Katherine was very helpful as well. We will be back for sure!!

King House is a must!

While you could tell the property wagon the older side, it was still an amazing property with room for all. We truly enjoyed all the space for my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and 3 small children, and 2 other grown daughters, one with a fiancé. The view was amazing!

Amazing location and home!

Breathtaking from the very beginning! Every single detail was seen to, and our host was in contact with us the entire time to make sure we had all that we needed. We felt so well taken care of! This location is phenomenal, forgetting to all the places we needed to go. The accommodations were spot on, luxurious linens, and comfortable beds made for an amazing vacation!

From the management experience to the property itself, every portion of our trip was glorious. Our first visit to STX, the island is beautiful, the mountains and blue waters. The house was perfect, we did not want to venture out as we were stunned by the awesome view and amenities. Exceptional Accommodations, Excellent Value

King House is in a superior location - next to the best resort on the island, gated community, outstanding plot of land with gorgeous lawn, magnificent stretch of beach, memorable views. The house was so nice! We were 3 couples, college friends reconnecting, and the accommodations were perfect. Nicely laid-out bedrooms, excellent living space with a great outdoor kitchen, cool family room for movie night, and many separate seating areas to mix up meal and lounge time.

After booking the property I was able to reach out to Katherine to get further information and to request a few things and she was on point.. She made sure that All my request was answered. We did have a water issue but Katherine came out and had someone to fix it. Nice stay

Shoys Villa '23

This villa was amazing from the spacious rooms to the Caribbean Ocean view! There were a couple of 'hiccups' with the villa, but Katharine was very responsive and had all problems resolved as soon as she could. St. Croix was a beautiful island retreat for our family and #8 Shoys was a huge part of the amazing retreat we experienced.

Most FABULOUS Time!!!

We had a group of 9, an awesomely sweet yet occasionally dysfunctional FAMILY (although not all blood related in this group it DOES NOT MATTER, still family❀)! Couldn’t have asked for a better week anywhere! And KingHouse did not disappoint!!!! Would 100% recommend!! And Katherine is Awesome!!
