Cette maison bien décorée (niveau inférieur de duplex) est idéale pour les familles. L'escalier en colimaçon vous mÚne à la chambre principale et à la salle de bain à l'étage; toutes les autres chambres sont au premier niveau. Vous trouverez des lits king dans la chambre à l'étage et une chambre en bas. La troisiÚme chambre a six lits jumeaux de style superposés. Cette maison a une taniÚre avec bar et une cheminée avec bûche à gaz dans le salon. Il y a une grande terrasse à l'avant et la plage et les magasins ne sont qu'à quelques minutes à pied. Great Location

We had a fabulous time and loved how centrally located the house was. A few concerns were the golf cart breaks, the downstairs bathtub didn’t work and the overall cleanliness of the house. Everything else was great.

Good, but a few issues

Overall good stay, great patio. Few broken items when we arrived. Coffee machine missing filter strainer and host did not provide a replacement on request. Unit has second unit above it which was not in description. People in unit above were stomping around until 12am for 2 of the nights. Overall decent and good location but too expensive for what u get.

Catalina on Claressa

Excellent location and plenty of room for the family. It needs some updating, especially the bathroom and mattress in the upstairs bedroom. The mattress has two dips ( for each side) and only one of the TVs worked. The front patio is big and wonderful and the golf cart was fun. Beach towels/chairs would be helpful. Kitchen was updated and huge. Fireplace doesn’t work. We did have a great time!

353 Eucalyptus

We had originally booked the house on Claressa, but due to the Harbor Clean update changing we ended in 353 Eucalyptus. The house served our purpose as an annual family get together. It is very close to Von's and not far from town. The house is old and needs alot of repairs (sloping floor) but is clean and functional. We would use it again.

Great for a group

This property worked perfectly for or mixed group of some couples and some singles. Very clean, convenient, with a nice kitchen that has everything you might need to cook. Very comfy beds and property managers who are easy to reach.

Awesome location!

Absolutely wonderful location! One block from ALL the action. Great house and more than enough room for all 6 of us. Had an issue with the golf cart the first day, but we had it for the second day. My father is disabled so it was hard at first, but the owner worked all day to get it resolved as soon as possible. Overall, extremely happy with this property.

My family and I go every summer for the last 30 years. This place 21- clearissa Dian stairs need some work. Replace broken items. But we love catalina and will be back.

Problematic

Although the location was great, the floor was filthy and the walls look as if they are never cleaned, we had to have maintenance come twice to fix 2 different tvs, the stove ignition didn't work and neither did the fan and the instructions for anything but the tvs did not exist. Maybe other people know how to operate golf carts but we did not and had to figure it out by trial and error. Disappointing how little any one who manages this house cares about the renters!

I only wish the bunkbeds had a fitted and flat sheet. We discovered they were made only with a flat sheet on the bottom bunks and then blankets.

Great House for a large family

The house was everything we needed. Spacious with a lot of beds and in the middle of the city. Everything was close by and the golf cart just made the trip that much better.

We always love the house and patio area....kitchen is a great gathering place as well. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness this year--bathroom towels were stained and we had to wash the bathroom carpets as they were disgustingly dirty. Clutter in the closets could be removed as well.

Wonderful house with plenty of room and great location

Perfect spot for a big group. We had three families on this trip and the spaciousness of the house and patio were perfect for our crew. The location is also a great perk; only 1 block from the beach and the main promenade was really convenient throughout our 4 day stay. Nice big kitchen made cooking while socializing very fun. We highly recommend this house as a vacation rental.

The house was very nice. The pictures actually did not do it justice. The location was amazing. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The golf cart was a great addition. A great way to see the island. I thought checkout time of 10am was too early, 11am would have been more acceptable. My criticism would be that there was no dish soap or fresh sponges in the kitchen or hand soap in the bathrooms. The unit above can be easily heard in the bedrooms.

Great Multi Family Vacation Spot

We had an amazing weekend celebrating my dad's 80th and Mother's Day. We rented both units and really enjoyed being able to have the 4 families all together. The kids loved the bunk room! As far as I could tell, this property has the best patio on the island. So big! We were able to BBQ and enjoy the beautiful weather. We will definitely be back!

Perfect size for our group

The patio and kitchen space was a perfect size for our group--we loved having friends gather for fellowship and fun. Unfortunately, the neighbors upstairs and next door were a bit rowdy and loud as was the traffic on the street.
