This beach cottage has everything you need to start making your Seabrook Island vacation memories. A terrific, open floor plan lives large with the living/ dining areas adjacent to the kitchen. A fantastic screened porch spanning the back of the home is yours to enjoy with dining table and chairs for 6 and other additional cozy seating. A propane grill is available on the side deck for all your BBQ favorites.
The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry. The dining area has a vaulted ceiling with table and seating for 6.
The living room area is highlighted by tranquil wooded views through the sliding doors accessing the porch. Relax in the comfortable furniture while you catch up on your favorite shows on the 50" HDTV complete with cable and DVD. Free WIFI is included in the rental.
The master bedroom is on one side of the cottage and features a king bed, 32" HDTV and access to the screened porch. The en suite master bath has a single vanity with a tub/shower combination and hair dryer.
The 2 guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the cottage and share a hall access bath. One guest room has 3 twin beds with 32" HDTV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 32" HDTV and sliding door access to the open deck.
A washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.
Under the cottage is expanded outdoor living space that you will love taking advantage of in shaded comfort. An outdoor shower makes keeping the sand outside easier after a day on the beach.

Property has a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
