Las Villas ParaĂ­so condominium

In general our stay was very good. The weekends were very busy with people coming from San Jose for the weekend which forced us to do other activities until later in the day. The pool was nice except when it was busy on the weekends. A great location on JacĂł as you were close to everything you needed, including car/golf cart rentals, groceries, bars and restaurants. Beach was literally minutes walk away.

Good Stay visiting friends in Jaco

Property was exactly as pictured, really nice for the price. Property manager responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Only thing that we didn’t know going in is it is a gated property with permanent residents and they are very strict about rules. You have to wear a wristband the whole stay and be let in and out the gate. It wasn’t a huge deal but didn’t prefer that aspect, although it could definitely be a positive for safety.

Paradise at the Paradise!

Tasteful, simple, clean. The condo had everything we needed and nothing we did ! The bed was comfortable with quality linens. Towels were also nice. It was nice to have laundry facilities in house, although the washer had to be “helped” along to comply the cycle. The grounds and pool are immaculately groomed and the security is exceptional. The chest food I. Town is right outside the gate - Zona K to the left and across the street for fabulous food and the coffee shop there’re shops down to the right has great breakfast sandwiches. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Value

The condo is very nicely finished, very comfortable. It is as it looks on the site. We felt very secure in the community. We had great neighbours, very friendly. The property is close to Jaco beach which is nice once you get on the beach. The beach entry area is a bit dirty but cleans up nice once there. Not a lot of vendors bothering you, nice and quiet during the week , chair and umbrella rentals available on the beach $10.00 for 2 chairs, umbrella and small table. Lots of great places to eat on the street or a few kilometres down the highway either direction. We throughly enjoyed our 10 day stay.

Bring your own towel/bedding

During my whole stay - no one changed the towel’s, bed sheet or pillow case . I had to go buy my own . I received a message that there was some stain in the bed sheet and I need to pay for watch their bed sheet or some sort

Absolutely Fantastic!!!

Where to begin? The Paradise Villa Condos have a perfect location for Jaco very close to markets, shops, restaurants, bars. And i feel so very safe here. Absolutely safe here. The condo is amazing. The marble everywhere not only looks great and easy to clean, but it also helps the place cool down very fast. Excellent working a/c's too. Very easy check in, fantastic (way above par) communication with the owner and they even have an onsite manager who is equally fantastic. People, you cannot go wrong with this booking. These guys have it down. Cannot compliment the place or the people enough. Guard gated community with multiple pools and hot tubs, perfectly landscaped, extremely well maintained. Very quiet. Extremely safe. Yes. Rent this place with absolute confidence. I know i will be back!

I loved the aesthetic of the place, it is very close to lots of stores and great food options. I felt very safe because of the 24 hour security and the property owner was always very responsive and helpful. The only thing I did not like was the bugs I am terrified of insects and there were several huge cockroaches. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

As Advertised

The condo came as advertised, very nice recent updates making the condo very modern. Access to services, beach. Is very good. Restaurant options are very good. The facility is a very secure gated community with 24 hour manned gate security. The location with access to the beach is good we did feel safe walking on the streets at night.
