Take your vacation to the next level with this well appointed and perfectly located apartment residence in the heart of Jaco Beach! Just 50 meters to the beach and 50 meters from the center of town, this apartment offers everything you need for the best vacation. Featuring a queen bed, a sofa bed, full bathroom with hot water shower, a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, high top dining table, TV with premium cable, fast WiFi and incredible onsite staff to assist you with all your needs.

This brand new construction building features a total of 6 residence apartments, all with their own private bathroom, kitchenette and well appointed apartments. We have outdoor seating and are located in the heart of Jaco Beach, Costa Rica which allows for an enjoyable vacation. Walk to everywhere in Jaco for restaurants, shopping, tours, and the beach. Designed with the budget traveler in mind, we feature special things like Surf Board and beach towel rentals and have an onsite administrator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with anything you may need.

Great Value and Laction to the Beach

Very clean and comfortable for my wife and I. We will be staying there again in the near future. Great location to the beach and downtown area. A/C was a welcome break from the heat of the day. Only negative was there was no off-street parking.

The property pictures showed a very updated well kept appearance. However, the futon was disgustingly filthy. The bed was very cheap and uncomfortable. All of the towels had stains on them and we were only provided 1 face cloth. When we requested a second one from the property manager she gave us a hand towel and stated that they didnt have anymore wash clothes. The next day we inquired again and was provided another wash cloth. There was a bottled water in the refrigerator with a card stating the waer was complimentary. The bottle of water had been opened already. The area immediately outside the room was nowhere near clean/kept. There were other guests staying there who were very loud and inappropriate. The secured entrance door lock wasn't functioning properly and we had to ring the doorbell all but 1 time to get into the property. The area was very seedy. There were prostitutes day and night about half a block away. We arrived on a Friday evening and found a different hotel to stay at by Sunday morning. It was very unacceptable and a misleading property listing. Due to cutting the stay short we were still billed for the entire reservation. I should not have had to for the entire stay based on what issues we had to deal with and be inconvenienced. It costs us extra money to stay at another hotel. We were completely unsatisfied and disappointed.

Excellent as always!

This is the second time staying here and I love it. It is not always available probably because its a great place. Steps to the beach, clean, well equipped, close to restaurants and the host and staff are super. There's nothing not to like. Its my go to place when visiting if Ican get it.

Jaco stay

The place was great! So close to the beach and allying distance to everything fun!! Jaco had some amazing restaurants and this place was very close to them all. The only bad part was there was a guy on the street out front who made parking a nightmare and was not fun to deal with. Overall, great place to stay for a couple nights in Jaco!!

Last minute honeymoon addition

My husband and I were originally staying in Las Juntas till the end of the week before we left Costa Rica, however our flight got changed and we were supposed to leave earlier in the morning. So instead of doing a 3 Hour Dr. to the airport we decided to last minute change locations for the last couple nights and be by the beach at Jaco. Found this little place available last minute for a cheap price but very nice inside! Just a couple steps away from the beach. It’s still about an hour and a half away from the airport but well worth the cost! The only where we had was that there was no parking lot or private parking area so parking on the street in the Jaco Beach Area was a little unsettling, there’s constant drug dealing on the streets all night long. Our car with was more than fine though! We would highly recommend staying here.

This property was a vision to provide the best vacation experience to tourists coming to the Jaco Beach area for fun and relaxation. The property features 5 rooms, 1 administrator room and a restaurant at the front of the property. Each room is a Studio Luxury setup with a Queen Bed and with a Kitchenette (perfect for light meal preparations). The bathrooms are full and we are located just 50 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the center of Downtown Jaco Beach!
