Great location. Beach has minimal access as the hotels block off most of it, so get there early. Pool was close and a good alternative. Only a few towels when we arrived but John had housekeeper deliver the towels the first night. And the AC broke the last night we were there sometime in the morning ( we were not aware as we were at beach early and most of day and we noticed around dinner time) up leaving and staying in a hotel. It was 87 in there. John said the AC guy would have come in an hour but by the time it cooled off we would have missed valuable sleep time before our flight. Siesta key has beautiful sand and warm water. The location of this property is a 10/10. John was very responsive. We appreciated that.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and appreciated our responsiveness! Our housekeeper did forget to leave the extra towels, fortunately she was able to drop them off within an hour of being notified. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected AC issue on your final day- we had a tech there right away. This particular issue was a smart thermostat that glitched and was resolved by a simple reset. The thermostat has since been replaced as a precaution. While we do border properties that put up beach flags, our neighborhood does have its own private section of beach. As is the case with most properties, the best spots go fast, so we always recommend getting your spot early! We appreciate your stay and are pleased you were able to enjoy Siesta Key’s beautiful beach and the property’s location.

The Villa was perfect for myself, wife, and two children. John was an excellent host and was very prompt in answering any questions I had. The property was clean, located in walking distance to beach, restaurants and stores, and had all supplies needed to enjoy the day at the beach. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect location walk able to the beach , pool , bars & restaurants. 7-11 located just across the street for coffee, morning paper or treats. Breakfast restaurant across the street as well as a Deli, Pizzeria & Irish pub / restaurant. Immaculate duplex with all new appliances , front porch & enclosed patio with washer dryer. Clean and Comfortable

Property was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for 3 adults and an infant. Space for two small SUVs and outdoor seating to enjoy morning coffee. Property is right on the main drag, so there is noise from street traffic. The front bedroom can get a little warm, but if that bothers you, call dibs on the back bedroom. The beach gear was a huge plus and you cannot beat the proximity to the beach! We would totally stay here again!

Being on the South Village puts you in close proximity to the beach, pool, fishing, boating, sunsets and some of the most amazing seafood that the area has to offer. You can make your vacation as adventurous or as low key as your heart desires.

Being within 150 yards of the beach, and in the heart of the Village with many restaurants and shops, this property is the perfect location! The garden patio out of the back door is such a wonderful space for friends and guests. Grill out or go out as much as you like! Right across the street is Big Water Fish Market, Miguels, Tiki Bar, Toasted Mango Cafe, Captain Curt's, Davidson's Drugstore, a grocery store, and a bike rental list goes on and on! You don't need a car!
