Great little vacation home to stay with our dog. The beach access is just at the end of the road and through the dunes. The view off the back deck is mostly of the public beach boardwalk and protected dune area with some ocean peeking through. Great for bird watching. The house is nicely updated with a comfortable couch for watching movies in the evenings.

Close access to the beach and very private area to look at stars at night. Two master suites made privacy very nice for two couples to stay in comfortably

The pics for the property were very accurate. We enjoyed the hot tub. Though a tad smaller than expected. Big enough for 2. The girls enjoyed the heated pool, especially at night when it was a little cooler. The Host always responded quickly with any questions we may have had. Very quiet neighborhood. We have always loved visiting the Island. First time staying at a house. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great get away!The Elliotts10/2025

The pool only heated 2 of the seven days we were there. There were issues with the AC and heat. The microwave was broken. Thomas in guest services for the rental company was great and super helpful with the issues. Cat, the Director of Guest Services, not so much.

Rooms were good and liked have 2 masters away from each other. Room with bunk stays very warm at all times - only room without a fan. House AC must be old and in need of a tune up or replacement as it took till after everyone went to bed for it to get to 73 everyday, wouldn’t get below 76 during the day. Property is dog friendly yet no gate on deck at top of stairs to keep pets from being able to get off deck, yard is not fenced anywhere for pets to be able to run around and go to the bathroom off a leash or without someone with them. Stickers and bugs all in the yard which aggravated our dogs skin. Kitchen has no pantry and no storage option for groceries which was disappointing, also only 4 adult forks in the house the rest were kid forks and pots and pans are old and dirty. Beach access behind house is difficult to navigate so for sure recommend using the street to the wooden walkway to access beach, longer but easier.
