Are you and your group of friends, family or colleagues looking for a luxurious and spacious home away from home? Look no further than Prairie Park. Our fully remodeled home, built in 2005, offers 4 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 guest half bathroom, a Chef's kitchen, two living spaces, and a massive game room with a pool table and arcade. Enjoy Alexa speakers throughout, and a lighted and covered outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Relax and enjoy yourselves in style and luxury. Our guests and staff's health is our top priority, and we are taking extra precautions in cleaning and disinfecting the property to CDC standards. Self check-in is available for contactless check-in and check-out. Located just minutes northeast of downtown Vancouver and 1 mile from I-205, you'll have easy access to everything in the region. Enjoy a brand new remodel in a gorgeous development, with upgraded finishes such as corean counter-tops and stainless appliances. The enormous garage includes a new pool table, dart board, full-size arcade cabinet, and Xbox One with games. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a blend of king and queen beds, as well as a queen sleeper couch, suitable for families. This home is in a wonderful location to enjoy Portland, Vancouver, the Gorge, and other Pacific Northwest destinations. Please reach out with any questions.

3 day stay

Very nice and comfortable. Host is super nice and helpful. Close to shopping and food. Amenities are great. Park across from the house is nice for kids. It was a nice stay.

Great family house

We had 6 adults and 3 kids who loved the whole space. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of spaces to hang out inside and out and easy for the kids to have a good time. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property

Perfect for family and friends

First, Chris is an awesome host. He answered all our questions and respons time was immediately. This house as all the amenities you could possibly have from the kitchen utensil to the outdoor grill and patio. All of the beds were very comfortable and made us feel like we were in our own house. We enjoyed the game area were we played xbox as a group as well as pool too. This was the perfect place for us 8 adults to stay and enjoy our fathers day weekend.

This property was amazing!

We travel to the PNW every year and this is one of the cleanest, nicest places we have stayed! We all had a wonderful time. There was candy left for the kids and a bottle of wine for the adults... this was above and beyond! I had to add an extra day after I was all booked and Chris responded to that and took care of us right away. When we arrived there was a crackling fire playing on the TV in the living room and the game room.. it was so cozy! We will stay here again as it is just a few miles from our son and daughter-in-law, and our upcoming grandbaby! Thank you Chris!

Great stay for a local wedding

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place for kids and adults to stay. The game room was perfect for the kiddos and living room was the right size for the rest of us to relax. Great home base for family vacation!

This Vancouver, Wa property offered an exceptionally clean, well appointed, and convenient location for our family vacation. The main floor offered a modern kitchen, comfortable relaxing space, game room for play, and a lovely outdoors space with fire pit, grill, and family sized table and chairs. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We used this property as our home base at the end of our busy days vacationing in Oregon, and were always happy to enjoy its comforts at the end of the day. Special shout-out to Chris, the property owner, who was extremely responsive to our questions and requests for dining recommendations.

Perfect for a group

We had a mix of ages - grown adult couples, teenagers and a few small kids. Great touches throughout - flowers, some wine and fresh fruit. It was the BEST stocked house we have stayed in. Loved the staples that made cooking easy not to mention laundry supplies, shampoo & tons of blankets! The whole group really enjoyed the outdoor space along with the arcade/pool table space in the garage. A few of the teenagers even opted to crash on the couch instead of a bed. We had a good time playing both the board games and electronic when it got rainy as it often does in this area. The park across the street was great for the kids - we couldn't hear noise from it inside either which I was worried about but it wasn't an issue. The overall location was ideal, out of the Portland traffic but not too far when we wanted to run into town plus close to the river in Vancouver and a host of other sites. Highly recommend to anyone! Host was really responsive when we had a few things pop up on our visit.

The perfect Portland lair

We had such an amazing stay at Chris' place! There was plenty of room for our family of 5, and great spaces for entertaining and chilling. We loved all of the art, the plush blankets, the well-stocked kitchen, the four spa bedrooms, and the awesome game room! The outdoor area was amazing as well, but the rain kept us from thoroughly enjoying it. Great communication and great host. We will be back!!

The home was VERY CLEAN and well kept. We enjoyed the 4 days without execption!

The only negative was the description of the home. It was stated as 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath. The Half bath was listed as in the basement. There is no basement and all the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. However, it is a beautiful home and well cared for. It was a pleasure staying there!

Great Space for Large Group

We loved the property!!! The pictures online don't do the property justice. There were six of us who were staying at the rental and we had plenty of room. It was nice to have all the amenities of home while on vacation. We were able to stock up on snacks, drinks, and other items so we didn't have to eat out for all of our meals (for anyone wanting to prepare meals while staying at this property, it has all the appliances you would need (oven, stove, microwave, grill, toaster, Instant Pot, air fryer, etc.)). With airline luggage limits, the washer & dryer were handy so we could bring fewer clothes. During our stay we had a few questions and the property owner Chris was very responsive and fixed one minor issue we were having the same day. Our only regret is that we were out and about so much on our vacation that we weren't at the house that much. Overall this is a great property and we'd definitely stay there again.

Family friendly house!

Great house in a great location! Lots of food nearby. Beds are cozy, our kids LOVED the garage, and there wasn’t a ton of breakable decorations which we loved. The house is beautiful and has such a great outdoor area too. There’s also a park right across the street, fantastic. Would definitely stay again!
