This condo is a 1st floor, Oceanfront, Modern Island Retreat!! You can't beat the combo of Location & Luxury Accommodations in this extremely well-appointed remodel. Only 6 units in the whole complex are located on the end closest to the beach like this one - the location and views are unmatched! Meet your dream beach escape, located at the charming oceanside Sea Cabins Condominiums. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom property is one of the best condos in the entire complex and offers ocean views from the patio and is located closest to the beach. When you stay at this complex, you'll also be able to take advantage of community amenities like the large pool and private fishing pier!
Things to know prior to booking your stay:
âą The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
âą All units are 490 sq. ft. â they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
âą 1st floor condos offer peeks of the ocean from the private balcony! 2nd and 3rd floor offer the best direct views of the Atlantic Ocean!
âą Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
âą Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated at $3 per load or download an app to pay!
âą Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
âą The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
âą No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
âą No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
âą This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
Step into this lovely condo and you'll be greeted by the entry hallway, with bright flooring and wall panels in sea foam green, creating the perfect atmosphere for your oceanside getaway. The entry hallway has a convenient built-in bench, great for storing beach gear or luggage. From here, you can travel onto the open concept living and kitchen area.
The first thing you'll notice is plenty of natural light, which this unit has an exceptional amount of as an end unit! Ocean views are visible from the entire space, giving this condo a feel of seaside luxury with an intimate feel. The fully equipped kitchen offers high-quality stainless-steel appliances, giving you all you need to make your own meals and snacksâmaybe even a cocktail or two! A convenient breakfast bar can seat two, while a small table offers and additional two seats. The living area is furnished with a comfy sofa and a flat-screen television with cable accessâand this property also has free Wi-Fi!
Glass doors lead out onto the balcony, furnished with chairs where you can sit and soak in the sights and sounds of the Atlantic in the not-so-far distance. Inside, you'll find the bedroom, with a brand new queen-sized bed and a private television. The sofa in the living room also folds out into a queen-size bed for extra sleeping space. The full bathroom has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower, and a gorgeous color scheme.
When you stay at this complex, you'll be within walking distance of the heart of Isle of Palms, featuring restaurants, beach shopping, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and of course, the beach itself! This area also has a lifeguarded beach, giving you additional peace of mind when you're out on the water.
A county park is nearby, while charcoal grills on the property give you the opportunity to do a bit of seaside grilling. If you need gear such as beach umbrella or bikes, you'll find several rental places nearby!
Bed Layout:
Bedroom has a brand new Queen Bed with Flat Screen TV.
There is a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.
The hallway consists of a built-in desk - perfect for storing extra kitchen items, luggage, or to use as a workspace.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, 1 trash bag per can, etc. so please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase more of these items after your initial arrival.

ââââââââââââThe Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety!
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
