THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Worked for our needs

My adult daughter and I stayed here three nights in October. The condo has a nice location with a wonderful view off the balcony. It does need a really good cleaning and some updates. We literally used it for just a place to sleep though so it worked for us.

Great Location, Could be much cleaner

This condo has an amazing location and view with great beach access, but the unit itself could be much cleaner. There was dirty silverware put away in the drawers and the unit had a smokey/moldy smell. The rugs need to be cleaned as well, and the small rug in the bathroom was particularly gross. That could have easily been replaced before we arrived and made a big difference. We also had an unpleasant experience with some maintenance that happened during our stay. Our family returned from the beach one afternoon to find the door unlocked after we had locked it on our way in. Our young child walked in and saw a man inside the unit and was very afraid. The man was there to fix the dishwasher, but none of this was communicated to us and left us in a scary situation. A simple phone call could have made all the difference. The dryer was also not functioning while we were there. My husband was able to unclog it and get it working well enough to dry some towels, but its just not something that you would want to have to do while on vacation.

Beach vacation

The ocean view was beautiful, the pool was nice for the kids, kitchen had everything u need, near a great grocery store
 but the condo needs some work( garbage disposal not working, carpets need replacing, and the mattress’s should be replaced, very uncomfortable( that’s huge for me).

Unacceptable

Overall, the property has promise. However, we were met with the following: Hair in bathtub drain Significant mold around bathtub Not a single trash can or waste backet in the entire condo Missing key to pool area We called local Vacasa office to communicate these issues, but were put on hold indefinitely. Then emailed the corporate Vacasa office and received immediate response with apology and a promise that they would contact the local office - but no response or action by the local office! We did this for 5 straight days and still no response or action from the local office. Finally, on the 6th day, the corporate office told us that we could go to the local office to pick up the pool key that was supposed to be in the condo. We have requested a small refund to make up for not being able to use the pool, and hope that we will at least get this.

Great location, with some minor issues

Great location, beautiful view, comfortable amenities, but some issues. The couch, beds and dining table are great. Kitchen has all the options you need, but the chairs are not comfortable at all. AC works well, and keeps the place nice and cool too. Would consider going back.

Ocean front condo

As advertised. Our stay was fairly comfortable. The location, view, balcony and kitchen amenities were the best things about this place. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable - hard beds and with virtually no padding. The condo was clean, but there were a lot of flies inside. The table and chairs outside on the balcony where we wanted to eat lunch were dirty. Note that the location where you pick up the keys is a 3 minute drive from the property.
