This is a fabulous 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a light and bright open floor plan. You will enjoy the new kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The dining table overlooks the pool area and seats 8. The primary bedroom en suite bathroom is spacious and luxurious with a tub and shower. The resort style pool and spa sits beside private covered seating and dining area with a grill. The laundry room is located on the first floor along with an additional refrigerator. There is also a ping pong table near the pool. If you would like to use bicycles during your stay, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help!

The famous white sands of Lido Beach is less then a mile away offering sunsets of a lifetime!


There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in Sarasota/Bradenton/Siesta. These are just a few of the many treasures and cultural events..Benderson Park, Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum of Art, Florida?s Largest Wildlife Rescue / Rehabilitation Center with the Pelican Man, Selby Botanical Gardens, Museum of the Circus, Children`s fountain at Island Park, Myakka River and Park, Ed Smith Stadium Sport Complex, Sarasota Ballet (Oct-Apr), Van Wezel Performing Arts, Florida Studio Theatre, Sarasota Opera House, The Asolo Theatre, and Players Theatre. Leisure time can be spent on shops, galleries, golfing, tennis, ice skating, water sports like; fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, diving, jet skis, water skiing or leisure boating. You can spend the entire day at our famous St. Armand`s Circle with its award winning indoor or outdoor dining, upscale shopping, and galleries. People from around the world come to choose from one of our many famous beaches: Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Beach.

There must be a minimum of (2) adults over
the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premise.

In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $15.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.

This was the perfect home to us for our extended family vacation. The pool was a hit and we loved the seating area on the lower level for games and watching sports.

This was a perfect house for my family of 5 plus my parents for our week stay. 2 minutes walking distance to St. Armand’s circle and 5 mins walk to Lido Beach. The house was very clean when we arrived. The furniture was cozy with a fully stocked kitchen and extra linens and blankets. The pool and hot tub heated up very quickly in the morning so my littles could swim early! Jennifer was very responsive to messages. Would highly recommend Banyan Breeze.

Location, location!

We loved our time in St Armand’s Key. This house was in a great location… walkable to both beach and circle. Nice house with plenty of room to stretch out for our family.

Great spot!

Great house for reuniting with family who are all adult children. We were impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable beds, furniture and loved the pool and hot tub! The location couldn’t have been better as everything was walkable including shopping, restaurants and Lido Beach. We will definitely return to this home!

Great House on Lido Key

Our 10 days in the Lido Key House were fabulous. The kids were in the beautiful pool 8 hours a day. 4 bedrooms fit our 6 adults and 2 kids Short easy walk to Armand Circle for great restaurants and shopping. House had a wagon to pull chairs and umbrella and toys to beautiful Lido Key beach. Host was very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have been a better vacation.

St Armands

This is a great rental property. St Armands is a beautiful area with a lot of activities available within walking distance. Jennifer was great to work with. Any problems with the rental were addressed immediately.

Great house/Great location

This is a perfect home in a great location. It is as advertised. It was clean!! The layout of the kitchen, dining area and living room is perfect for a family. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining table comfortably seats 8. The bedrooms and baths are as pictured. The pool and grill are wonderful as is the open air living area. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. This house was as advertised and everything worked. It is just 2 blocks off Saint Armand’s Circle. We give it 5 stars only because there wasn’t an option for ten.

Great stay on St Armand’s

Third straight year we’ve rented a house on this key. We really appreciated this property for its proximity to to the beach and the circle! 2 upstairs En-suite bedrooms made it nice for us and guests. 3 teenage girls took the two main floor bedrooms. Wagon in the garage was a nice add to enable carting chairs and umbrellas, etc to the beach.

Wonderful house, location, and hosts!

The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean, while the location couldn’t be better! Just two blocks away from St. Armands but quiet enough to relax and enjoy the peace. The hostesses are so nice and accommodating! Highly recommended!

Wonderful!

The house was perfect. 1: location was ideal. 10 min stroll to the beach, 7 minute stroll into town to shop and dine. It was so lovely for our teenagers to feel free and explore the town and beach on their own! 2: House was clean and airy! We loved the pool and hot tub, the best of both worlds. 3: responsive management for issues we had, ie hot tub not heating. Fixed the same day! Also kind enough to provide us with umbrellas for the beach! Great stay!!

Fantastic time

My family and I had a great time staying here. We had a slight hick up one night and were accidentally locked out and I. Less than an hour the property manager was over with a spare! Would definitely recommend!
