RELAX AND ENJOY our piece of PARADISE! This beautiful Spanish style home with private courtyard is JUST STEPS to the Gulf of Mexico’s beautiful Emerald Coast and white sand beaches! Park your car, FREE trolley service just outside our door to the Pensacola Beach fishing pier, bars and restaurants! Free concerts “Bands on the Beach” every Tuesday evening at 7pm APR-OCT. Step off the back deck and cast your fishing line into our beautifully stocked bass fishing pond! Everything plus more for you to enjoy, while relaxing on your well deserved vacation!! Superb location, one that you’ll definitely want to return to, your home away from home! NOTE: Our home is NOT handicap accessible! There are stairs to the home, as well as stairs to both bedrooms on second floor upstairs! We do have a $250 pet fee, maximum weight per pet is 40 lbs. Maximum 2 Pets.

The host is awesome. Very attentive and helpful. The house is lovely and cozy and close to the beach. Neighborhood is quiet and the little grocery market is very close by. Lots of good restaurants around the house. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

The place was exactly what we were hoping for. Location was great - close to the dog beach and also very close to the Local where you can ge some groceries and wine/soirits. Quiet at night. Very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Check in process and communication with our host was top notch.Will definitely stay here again if available. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay

Enjoyed our stay at Pensacola Beach. The home had everything we need and the hosts were great at communicatinh and very friendly. The area is walkable and 2 miles from dog beach but just a block away from the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again when we come back to town.

Good location

Everything was very clean, it was a very short walk to the beach, the kids liked catching bass and bluegill out of the pond 50' from the deck. Overall very nice.

Marla our host was amazing. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was clean and well kept.The location is perfect and just a short walk to the beach. I will highly recommend this house to others. I definitely plan to book again for our next beach trip.

Red White and Blues weekend

The property is gorgeous and well maintained, short walk to the beach, roughly 2 miles east of the pier yet still gets heavily overflown by The Blue Angels and Fat Albert. Had a B-1 Lancer pass right over the condo at maybe 300' AGL while I was on the balcony! Time of my life! I would definitely stay there again!

Summer vacation

Found this little gem after having to cancel my original trip to St. Augustine because of hurricane Debby. The house was wonderful and so was Marla. Perfect location... half a block away from a powder white sandy beach. My teenage son and i had a wonderful time.

Amazing

We absolutely loved this place! The porch view of a pond enhanced the overall peace of everyday life on pensacola. The beach was just a couple blocks and there were some beach chairs we could use that was so convenient. We loved everything about it! Hopefully we will be able to come back and stay again soon!

The space was great! Only downside was I didn’t realize both bedrooms were upstairs, but the couch does make 2 beds so it all worked out in the end. Communication was great!

A Peaceful Retreat with a Welcoming Host!

We had an amazing stay at the Cozy Bungalow! The home was nicely decorated, relaxing, and provided the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. It was just a short walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful coastline throughout our stay.Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Marla, the host, was fantastic—she was incredibly communicative and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay.This place was exactly what my family needed for a peaceful and memorable getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a maintenance issue last minute at the property booked. I contacted the Turners to discuss our situation and offered another property we could upgrade and accommodate them to, or they could cancel with no penalty! Jennifer chose the upgrade, she contacted me when they arrived and expressed her gratitude and said the home was absolutely beautiful and how pleased they were to be upgraded! We were very happy to accommodate them to a brand new totally rehabbed home more than double the size, brand new stainless steel appliances, better location, etc. This homes nightly rate is more than double of the original townhome booked. After talking with Jennifer upon their arrival, she voiced how much they loved our home and was appreciative of the upgrade at no additional cost! Her 3 Star review is quite a disappointment as we honored the original rate booked, which was quite a bargain for their stay!
