A bit pricey for the quality

Adequate listing. Studio was very humid, not great air conditioning. Not clear check in instructions , property manager checked us into the incorrect unit on day one. Overall good property, however was very expensive for the quality.

First trip to Pensacola

Let me first say, as someone who spent too much time reading reviews to find a place, i would definitely stay here again! The property was just what my wife and I needed for our vacation. Perfect space for two people, but definitely not more than that. It was very clean and well maintained. It's the textbook definition of a studio apartment; one room with an small bathroom and shower. There isn't an actual oven, just a toaster oven and a stove top and microwave but honestly it wouldn't deter me from staying there again at all. The laundry is in the basement beneath the unit and is shared with the rest of the property so it just takes a quick text to arrange a time to do laundry which to me is better than going to a laundromat and paying more. The walk to the public beach access is very easy and close. The beach area isn't nearly as populated as the area down by the bridge and hotels which was even nicer because we had space to ourselves without being on top of people. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential. I met the neighbors the morning I checked out and she was very nice also! My only complaint is the bed, it's not the most comfortable for two people and sunken in in the middle. The owner is polite and easy to reach via text or phone call with any concerns.

Beautiful location

The studio was decent and the location is beyond fantastic. It's on the quieter side of the beach. The place has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We didn't have contact with the property management but they made it really easy to contact if needed.

Sleepless in Pensacola

This is a cute unit but very very neglected. As stated in previous reviews the mattress sinks in the middle and we spent the night trying to pull ourselves out from on top of each other! When traveling I look for 2 important musts: a comfortable place to sleep and privacy! A blind costs next to nothing so your guests don't have to hang a towel in the window for privacy. I can look past the herendous rusty refrigerator because it was decent on the inside but to ignore guests after guest complaining of an uncomfortable nights sleep and doing nothing about it is total greed and selfishness.

Quaint

Nothing glamorous about the place, but it was exactly what I needed. It was a quiet and relaxing location. My biggest dissatisfaction was that there were no channels to watch on tv a night when I wanted to wind down. :/

Nice but not exactly the way described

A cute, very small room; great for 2 medium sized people or less. The only outside sitting area is the 5 by 5 spot in front of the front door. It was nice but definitely overpriced at what they are asking. Maybe at half the price.

Check in and out was easy. Bed was comfy but rolls you to the middle. Beach was really just a short walk away and clean and not crowded.

Loved the Getaway

This little studio was a fantastic find for a weekend gateway. Short walk to the beach and close to Pensacola Boardwalk. This unit will be marked on our favorites for sure!! Only thing that it needs is a new window blind by the door to lower it down. We rigged up a beach towel and enjoyed our stay. Live, Laugh and Love the beach Life...

Cute & Cozy

I thought the place was very cute and cozy for a 1 or 2 at most. The beach is super close and easy to get to. I would recommend a replacement of the mattress as I could tell it was slouching in the middle. Also, the exterior of the fridge was rusty but the inside was totally fine. I just know those little things just add to the ambiance for your guests.

It's a decent place but a little pricey for what it is

Couple blocks from the beach but not a bad walk. Room is very small, very comparable to a hotel room. Price is a little high for what it is. Wouldnt stay here again but wouldnt say its not worth staying in. Cable has 4000 channels but only 90 are subscribed to and 89 of them are infomercial channels. Had to use screen share on the tv to watch anything from my ipad.

Sorry for the late review!!

I stayed here in October 2020...it was the PERFECT place for me, a single traveler! I had all that I needed and a very short walk to the beach! I printed out all instructions that the owner gave and I had absolutely no problems finding my way to beach or anything else!Far enough from all the action, so it was quiet... but close enough to drive to the “action” if I wanted to... I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Overall our stay was very good. The only thing I would recommend is not to leave anything outside the room. We had our 2 fishing poles taken after our 2nd day there. They were under the steps.

At first host was very nice. I had to contact him 3 times and he seemed very upset with me for calling him. I won't be staying with him again as host. But I really like vrbo and will use your service again for sure.

The area was great

I really appreciate the location and the responsive host. However, there was mold in the AC, limited channels and the bed was more than uncomfortable. The bed is sinking in the middle and no mattress pad can cover the major sink hole. I would suggest that they owner invests in a new mattress.
