This is our go to place to stay in Pensacola Beach. Having a gulf view from both bedrooms is the best thing about it! We will always stay here.

Absolutely wonderful!I had 2 dogs with me and they were well received at the property. The condo was spotless. I will not stay anywhere else. The grounds were kept up....the pool was cleaned everyday. The responses from the host were within 1-2 minutes. I cannot say enough about this place. I am booking next year's vacation with them this week so I am guaranteed a spot.

Great location with ocean view, close beach access and a pool. One of the few properties on Pensacola Beach that allows large breed dogs. Our 2 labs were so happy to be with us and visit the dog beach. They loved watching the sunrise on the balcony also. Kitchen was well stocked so we made a great breakfast every morning. All new kitchen appliances was a plus. The only thing we would recommend is perhaps a bigger/ comfier bed in the master. A queen bed is a little small for some couples. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Emerald Dolphin 540, a big plus was the dog friendly accommodation. The rooms are very spacious, both bedrooms have balcony access and ocean views. The kitchen has all you need. Property management provides more dish and laundry soap, paper towels, and trash bags than I’ve seen at other places (we didn’t really need our own supplies). The building is quiet and clean, people are friendly. The communication was fantastic and check-in and out super easy. We highly recommend. Beach access right across street, umbrellas rented through La Dolce Vita rentals. Attaching a pic of Stella at the dog beach 1 mile away.

My friend and I booked this room for a trip to the beach so we had somewhere closer to stay than our home, and it was well worth it. The room was amazing, really clean and was as nice as it was in the pictures. It came with a balcony that had an amazing view, and all the rooms were spacious with nice sized beds. The building it was at included a hot tub and a pool, which made it even better, and was a perfect distance to Pensacola beach to where we could come and go easily. 10/10

It was a beautifully clean Condo. Friendly staff. The guy who cleans the pool was there every morning keeping the pool in pristine conditions for swimming, which we got to enjoy several days in. We felt very safe there with it being a gated property. For convenience there is a trolley stop right in front of the premises to be able to go eat or shop near the center of PCB. We also loved that it was close to the dog beach, which we were very grateful to be able to bring dogs to stay with us. Our 2 dogs (lab and a Chiweenie) loved walking in the sand. Sadie our lab really enjoyed going into the water and having the waves come down on her. Also, While we were there we got a chance to watch the Blue Angels practicing from our balcony on 2 different days- Awesome! We would go back to PCB and stay in the same condo in a heart beat:) 🩳
