Big Beautiful Studio Apartment - Rooftop Pool Ocean View

Welcome to Kaab! This luxury studio is located where everything is a 5 minute walk away. 5 minutes to the Cozumel ferry, 5 to the ADO bus terminal for access to the Cancun airport, 5 from the beach, or to the famous 5th avenue. The rooftop pool runs parallel with the ocean for a panoramic view. There is also a gym. Our studio sleeps three guests, full kitchen, internet 100 mbps, smart tv and laundry machine. There is 24 hour security and paid public parking only one block away.

The suite is on the second level of the building, stairs are right next to the elevator if you don't want to wait for it. All the amenities are located on the roof.

CONSTRUCTION nearby. Playa del Carmen is a booming town and has been one of the fastest growing cities in Latin America for years now. Because of this there are construction sites scattered around downtown including right next to this building. During business hours the noise is intermittent and changes day to day. Please consider this if you plan to be in the apartment for many hours during the day...

Our hosts Christopher and Nelly were great. Very responsive and accommodating. Everything went smoothly and made our stay enjoyable. Would certainly not hesitate to stay at their property in the future. The suite was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and welcoming. The checkin and front desk staff were exceptional. Security was good and the pool deck was great to hang out at. The location was great, exactly as advertised. Close to everything but quiet and peaceful.

Highly Recommend!

First of all Nelly and Chris best host! Communication was great. Property was exceptional and location right in the mix of things. If headed here these are the host and property I would recommend. We will definitely stay here if available on our next visit.

Beautiful view

This was a great condo, in a good location close to the ferry pier. It was very well-equipped including washing facilities. We particularly enjoyed the balcony which seemed very private. We loved the rooftop area and heated pool. So relaxing, with a beautiful view of the sea. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and really nice place

We enjoyed the place, very clean and the host was very communicative. The pool on roof top was a great exercise, nice length with great view. Enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning over coffee on the roof top. Walking distance to the beach, good restaurants, and the Mall. We will book again.

Close to everything!

The pool was a fabulous bonus on a stormy day at the beach. The security at the front desk was a nice touch as well. Spotless, walkable and safe.

A beautiful looking apartment and amazing views from the terrace pool

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The building was a close walk from the beach and the main strip in Playa del Carmen but still far enough away to not hear any live music late at night which happened to us in another place we stayed. The apartment was super clean and has very nice finishes. The green area out the back glass door was a nice thing to see every morning when waking up. Best part was the rooftop deck which has awesome views both at morning and at sunset. We definitely took a lot of photos up there when we used the pool. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would choose it again.

This property is in the perfect location for a tourist. Walkable to everywhere and for easy transportation in and out of Playa del Carmen. The building is new, modern, luxurious and far more up to date than most places you can find to rent in downtown Playa del Carmen. We are very proud of this condo suite and we make it look as perfect as possible for all our guests.
