Things to Know
Construction is occurring in front of the property until June 2024. Noise and dust can be expected all day every day of the week. Please contact our customer experience team within 24 hours of creating your reservation if you feel this will be a problem. Refunds cannot be given within 30 days of check-in and after 24 hours have passed since booking.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
Unit for sale. Guest may be asked for a showing coordinated in advance.
Beach towels are available for guest use.
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Security camera details: There are security cameras (streaming without sound) located at the following locations: The main entrance of the building (with a view to the street), on the first level near the elevator entrance (with a view of the main entrance), levels 2, 3, and 4 (with a view of the elevator entrances in the corridor), and on the pool level with a view of the dining and pool area. No cameras film inside the apartments.
