LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This 5 bedroom duplex is located a minute (1 mile) from Killington Resort as well as within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and stores. You can't beat the location of this property! Relax after skiing or biking in the Hot Tub! Plenty of parking. Front and rear decks for great outdoor spaces too!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a duplex with a 3 bedroom upper apartment and a 2 bedroom lower unit. There is no interior connection between the upper and lower unit. You must walk outside to access each unit.

Trail operations at Killington Resort depend on natural snowfall and the resort's snowmaking capabilities. For the most up-to-date information on ski trail availability, please refer to the resort's official website. Please note that during the early and late winter seasons, the resort may be closed entirely. Refunds will not be provided for any resort closures.

Two of the burners on the stovetop for the upper unit did not light. The upper unit’s bathroom sink was draining slowly too.Otherwise the house was in pretty good condition and we enjoyed our stay!

Jeff and Melissa’s duplex is a great spot to stay, whether you’re in Killington for ski season or are just seeing the mountain sights all year round! Living areas in both levels are spacious (and they have plenty of board games!) and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. You’ll also find plenty of kitchenware if you plan to eat in. We especially enjoyed sitting around the fire pit—just make sure to bring some wood! Venturing outside, the duplex is conveniently located near several good restaurants along Killington Road as well as the Killington Resort, which has plenty of fun outdoor activities to enjoy even outside of ski season. Jeff and Melissa were quick in responding to our questions and their check-in and check-out instructions were straightforward. We’d definitely recommend staying at their spot if you’re in the area!

Great stay

Clean and nice house for my group of 10. Very Close to mountain and ski rentals. Hot tub was a nice plus. Definitely would stay again

Great Location/Communication, Not Much Else

The Good: great location. Owners were highly responsive and helpful when we had questions/concerns. The beds are super comfy and the hot tub is very nice.The Not So Good: for such a high price, there is not much offered outside of the location and nice beds. We were unable to use multiple TVs in the house since the batteries in the remotes were dead. The water is well water and tastes/smells bad to the point some of us were gagging at the taste. They had a water cooler which was nice, but that was consumed within a day. The house coming with ONE (1) "starter" roll of toilet paper and ONE (1) "starter" roll of paper towels for a house that sleeps 10 while they're charging such high prices is pretty ridiculous. The kitchen truly had the bare minimum when it comes to plates, utencils, kitchenware, etc. Not to mention we had to clean everything prior to using it since it looked like nothing had been cleaned/used in months. The place was mostly clean, but finding a used bandaid in the hot tub and dried up contact lenses on the night stand was also not too great.

The house was exactly as described and pictured and was right where you want to be in Killington in proximity to the slopes and restaurants. Great hosts!

Fall Experience

Came from Iowa and Rhode Island to see the Vermont beautiful fall foliage. Our stay in Killington and travels around our VRBO was great!!

Location, Location, Location!!

This house is the perfection location to access all Killington has to offer! The house was super clean and perfect for our large party. Communication with the owner was easy and our family thoroughly enjoyed the time up at the mountain. We plan on coming back and will surely look to stay again at this fabulous house.

Great location for anyone looking for a ski trip to Killington. Less than 5min drive to Ramsgead and K1 Mountain lodges. Easy check-in/out process. Property manager was very responsive.

The right accommodations for our family

We highly recommend this rental. Our family of 6 adults stayed here for a week. Two separate kitchens and living rooms made for great space to manage everything - the upstairs living room was the main gathering place with beautiful views of the mountain; also served as a bright, comfortable place from which to remote work when needed. The location cannot be beat: on the uphill side of Killington Rd less than 5 minutes from the resort, close enough for lunch break on the sunny porch. Wide, level driveway well accommodated our 3 cars - easy loading and unloading. The house is equipped with games, large TVs, comfortable group seating and a hot tub for time off the mt. All of the best restaurants and bakeries are minutes away... the town's walker-friendly path (on the house's side of the road) is a great option too. The friendly owners were local and very responsive to any questions. We look forward to returning next year.

Great Location

We were a mixed bunch of parents with 20 something kids and rented the entire property. It was just perfect and everyone loved the property, so easy to access and the jacuzzi was a huge plus at the end of the day. Despite the bad weather (think single digit temps, pouring rain, freezing ice, etc.) we still managed to have fun catching up with old friends in the neighborhood and spending time with the kids. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great time.
