We stayed in this unit while passing through Daytona on the way to Tampa to board a cruise ship. We enjoyed it so much we stopped back by Daytona for one more night here before heading home. The owner is very easy to contact and willingly answers all questions. Looking to stay here a couple more time this year.

I have stayed here every year for the past 6 years.This is the best spot in Daytona. The views are amazing, the Band Shell, shops and restaurants are a stones throw away. The balcony a cup of coffee, watching the sun rise is my favorite place. Joshua the owner is the best, responds very quick if you have an issue. I hope I get to return again next year.

Great location and atmosphere. The property is very kid friendly with easy access to numerous pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, and beach access. A few things to take note of are the elevators are very slow and there is no ramp access to the beach currently. If you have a wagon or pull behind cooler, you will need to carry it down at least one flight of stairs.

Air conditioner broke first night into second day. Linens had terrible odor. Dryer didn’t dry. Equipment for beach was broken. Elevators took 30 minutes one way. Sink was clogged wouldn’t go down. Two trash bags for 4 day stay, couldn’t find cleaning people. Toilet didn’t want to flush almost overflows. Temperature on shower was no middle ground. Overall not good experience always an issue.

Wonderful Weekend

Stayed the weekend for a cheer competition. This condo was perfect for me and my 2 girls. Plenty of room and the view was perfect. I will book again if we are there again.

Nice condo

We’ve been coming to Daytona Beach Ocean Walk for 18 years. This was our first time renting this unit. It was nicely decorated, pretty well equipped compared to some others. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend this unit. A couple of negatives - not enough silverware (a common issue in these condos so I usually bring some of our own and the TV is Roku not cable (we figured it out though). Owner very responsive to questions.

Deferred Maintenance Death Trap

Get ready to wait 20+ minutes every time you want an elevator... Turn over an ID, CC, or cash to borrow a luggage cart and be treated like a criminal by the check in desk. The building is old and worn out. But the most concerning was the fire alarm went off for a real fire. Did not go off on our floor, only on the lobby floor and the stair wells. The only reason we figured out there was a fire was the smoke was coming up the elevator shaft and the elevators didn't work. Then on checkout day, we got different checkout instructions from the owner than the ones in the welcome email or and paperwork. So if they say we didn't follow directions or rules, that's why. We were already in our car leaving when they sent a follow up email with new check out instructions. The pools were ok but the lazy river is tiny and pretty dangerous with under inflated tubes and really rough sides. Wear shoes at least. Good luck if you stay here! Thank God our stay was only one night!

The property was very nice and all of the staff was very nice and polite BUT the room was infested with German Roaches. All of our food that was in the cabinets had to be thrown away because we found Roaches. I spoke to the front desk and they didn't seem too concerned. Their reply was "we will call the pest control company " i will never stay here again unfortunately.

Was just as expected. Great view & great location. Air went out 2nd night in the entire building. Maintenance came to clean out the system the next day. Got pretty hot. Ended up stay longer with a late checkout. Was good location for events at the Peabody. Wish we would have gotten a little money back for the inconvenience of the air. Overall I would stay again.

The property was great! Comfortable accommodations, and beautiful view. Just wish there was an ice maker in the fridge. Would definitely consider staying again.

The property and resort are well kept. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable. View was amazing! Joshua was very responsive to our questions. The hot water took several minutes to heat up the first night, but worked normally the rest of the visit. Be prepared that the resort took vending machines out of the South Tower.

Great for the kids

We enjoyed our stay, great location to the beach and restaurants. The kids loved the pools and lazy river. The building itself seems a little dated. We had a couple of small issues and the owner was super responsive and helpful.

Best place in Daytona!

This was our 3rd year staying in the best place in Daytona and we loved it. The condo was clean and everything we needed was provided. Watching the sun rise every morning from the balcony is just amazing. The band shell is beautiful,. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We hope to return again next year.

Condo has everything we needed. Perfect ocean front view and even has beach wagon/chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards and toys for us to use. We will definitely book the unit again.

Daytona condo

Great location! Has lazy river, pool with slide, and arcade at condo. It is also next to Daytona Lagoon and surrounded by a lot of restaurants.
