We stayed in this unit while passing through Daytona on the way to Tampa to board a cruise ship. We enjoyed it so much we stopped back by Daytona for one more night here before heading home. The owner is very easy to contact and willingly answers all questions. Looking to stay here a couple more time this year.

Condo wasn’t clean we checked in, our host did not respond but ended up later trying to make it right and offered a slight refund. It appeared to be an issue with the cleaning service. Would book again but would need to confirm the room was clean. It did have nice view, if the room was cleaned then we would have had no issues.

Wonderful Weekend

Stayed the weekend for a cheer competition. This condo was perfect for me and my 2 girls. Plenty of room and the view was perfect. I will book again if we are there again.

Condo has everything we needed. Perfect ocean front view and even has beach wagon/chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards and toys for us to use. We will definitely book the unit again.

I have stayed here every year for the past 6 years.This is the best spot in Daytona. The views are amazing, the Band Shell, shops and restaurants are a stones throw away. The balcony a cup of coffee, watching the sun rise is my favorite place. Joshua the owner is the best, responds very quick if you have an issue. I hope I get to return again next year.

Great for the kids

We enjoyed our stay, great location to the beach and restaurants. The kids loved the pools and lazy river. The building itself seems a little dated. We had a couple of small issues and the owner was super responsive and helpful.

Host responded everytime there was an issue. There was several things we were a little unhappy with. Where the wall meets the ceiling above the door its all chipping away. Floor was dirty when we checked in but a hour later we had a guy come to clean them. Vacuums were thrown in the middle of the room we had to pick them up and set them by the wall.another issue was the A/c we would set the ac low as it would stay between 74 during the day and 73 at night. We stayed for 2 days and we would set the a/c before bed and would wake up sweating about 630 every morning because the air was turned back up to 74. I dont think the host should control the air when the unit is rented out.today was check out day for us and we got up about 630 and decided to just leave as again we were sweating. As far as view etc. View was what was pictured and location was ideal. Just think the cleaning and air situation could of been better for the money. Especially when your charging a fee to clean.

Best place in Daytona!

This was our 3rd year staying in the best place in Daytona and we loved it. The condo was clean and everything we needed was provided. Watching the sun rise every morning from the balcony is just amazing. The band shell is beautiful,. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We hope to return again next year.
