Oceanfront, Pool, Condo - Daytona Beach Club

UPDATE 11/9/25

The Daytona Beach Club is located directly on the ocean, with a recently renovated pool, and beach access through the pool deck. Enjoy both city view and ocean view from your private balcony, located on the 5th floor, conveniently placed next to the elevator. Walk right out to the beach! Within walking distance you can find movies, Main St. fishing pier, shopping and the Boardwalk amusement park. Disney World, Sea World and all of the famous Orlando attractions are only about one hour away. Other close-by attractions are the Kennedy Space Center and Old Historic St. Augustine. Daytona Beach Club is 15 minutes away from the famous Daytona International Speedway and the Daytona Beach International Airport.

The living area of the studio boasts a contemporary double size sleeper sofa which you will really appreciate when it comes time to chill out and watch the 50 inch flat screen TV. A king size bed will help you sleep and recharge after a fun-filled day at the beach. Our kitchen has all your essential supplies: glassware, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, toaster etc. It has a full size refrigerator & freezer and 4-burner stove with oven plus a microwave in the kitchen area. The plumbing was reworked earlier in 2025. A room dehumidifier has also been added to the unit.

The pool and deck have new pool furniture and tables with umbrellas. Beach access is available from the deck. You will need to use the key and there is a tall gate with a special connector that needs to be manipulated in order to access the beach.

The minimum rental for Bike Week (March) is 7 nights at the special event rate.

There are new parking policies for the Daytona Beach Club. A valid parking pass must be placed in your vehicle within 30 minutes of your arrival. The parking pass is within the unit. In addition, we have invested in a Park Volusia pass to assist you with parking throughout Volusia County in marked spaces. More parking information is also available within the unit. There is no daily charge for parking at Unit 520. No trailers are allowed to be parked on the property.

Great place to spend your stay in Daytona Beach. The photos are exactly like the condo. Helen is a wonderful host. She responds quickly, and communication is easy.

Vacances tres désagréable !

Nous avons trouvé le site de VRBO un jolie petit studio rénové à un prix trÚs intéressant. A notre arrivée le samedi le 16 juillet 2022 tout semblait parfaitement correspondre à la description du studio et du bùtiment. DÚs lundi le 18 ils ont fait de réparation du premier plancher du garage qui occasionne du bruit à 8hres le matin nous étions à 5iem étage donc le bruit était tolérable avec des bouchons d'oreilles pour pas trop dérangé notre sommeil donc ont ne s'en fait pas trop avec l'avis de fermeture du 2 ieme niveau du garage Mardi le 19 juillet mon conjoint reçoit une message nous dissant que le 2ieme niveau du garage sera fermé à compter de Dimanche le 24 juillet en fin d'aprÚs-midi. Lundi 8hres am l'horreur débute nous sommes réveillés par une bruit d'enfer.Je croyais qu'il brisait le plancher de céramique dans le studio à cÎté du notre pour constater que le bruit venait finalement de travaux fait sur la structure des piliers de soutien du garage avec l'utilisation trois marteaux piqueur en simultanés . Donc vous devinez notre déception déjà que nous avions tolérés du bruit depuis le début de nos vacances. Je me décide d'envoyer un courriel à Gene Robinson pour lui signifier notre insatisfactions et lui rappeler qu'il a lui aussi comme locateur des obligations envers le locataire surtout s'il y a de la réparations structurels qui vont occasion beaucoup de bruits et que pour cette raison j'aimerais recevoir une compensation comme dédagement et sa réponse fut de me dire qu'il avait bien reçu mon courriel de colÚre et que je devais m'attendre qu avec L'ùge de construction du bùtiment qu'il pouvait avoir de la construction et que si je voulais partir il ne rembourserait les journées qu'il me restait à ma location évidement trouver à la derniÚre minute un studio de qualité convenable pour 5jours relevait presque de l'impossible sans compter toute la perte de temps et d'énergies lors de nos vacances.

Beach Trip

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Overall, I ended up leaving a night early due to how uncomfortable the bed and couch were. The towels were very old and I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The toilet ran constantly once flushed and the shower wasn’t enjoyable, and the curtains were not blackout, which made it hard to sleep Without a dishwasher, I didn’t feel comfortable using the dishes. On the positive side, the pool area was great and the parking garage was very convenient. Helen was very responsive and easy to communicate with which I appreciate it however, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great for the price!

Cute little condo, perfect location for our needs. Easy access to the pool, beach, shops, restaurants. Water was hot, shower pressure was good, fridge, freezer, microwave and stove worked. Did not use the oven during our stay. Helen was very quick to respond to questions, needs etc from start to finish. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Downfalls we incurred though were 1. Room is EXTREMELY humid. Our clothes, pillows, sheets always felt damp. My children went to eat their Mini Muffins one morning that are in those individually sealed plastic bags and they were soggy. I went to take my meds and my pill crumbled in my hand and the blue color stained my fingers. They had been in a plastic bill box. 2. The toilet keeps running after being flushed and you have to jiggle the handle everytime to get it to stop. 3. The door handle to the balcony needs replaced or fixed because it feels like you are going to pull it right off the door when trying to close the door and lock it. 4. The front door interior swing lock piece needs adjusted because it sticks and you have to lift it up while turning the handle just to get the door open. Could be a big problem if there was an emergency and people need to evacuate quickly. 5. Not much closet/drawer space at all for 4 people. Had to move all the extra towels and sheets to the ottoman so we could stack clothes in the fake dresser. Overall though, for the price and location, we made it work and had a wonderful week! Thank you for everything!

Everything was fine except the water pressure in the shower. It was dreadful to take a shower. Helen was very accommodating and had a plumber there 3 times in the week we were there with no resolution.

A fun time!

The studio was cute, comfortable and the location was perfect for where the event was located. The location is safe offering good security. The pool and the beach was easily accessible. It offers has all the amenities we need for our 4 day stay. Parking was easy offering cover garage parking. Our host, Helen was most gracious, professional and was available for questions we had from the beginning. She was available for communication on questions we had. Through no fault of hers, we experienced a maintenance issue with the water pressure that dropped to an insufficient level. Without hesitation, Helen quickly moved us to another condo which was lovely. We had a wonderful experience with Helen and will call her again for our next stay in Daytona. You can have confidence in her when booking your stay.

Love Location and Unit

This is our second time staying here. Since our stay was for a month, we love the location on the beach (plus the beautiful pool this year) and the unit is fully equipped to meet our needs.Propep Manager Helen was so wonderful to communicate with. Great location for Dayton Beach

This property was spot on with the description. Very clean and newly renovated. The shower pressure was not the best, but this is an older building. Check-in and communication with the host was great.
