Nearby Noble - Private, Centrally Located Home

It is a shame you suffered so much for your 6 night stay at our home and never thought about reaching out to us during your stay. You had all of our contact information in addition to the VRBO site. When you first inquired about our Property, you only asked if the house had Air Conditioning to which we promptly confirmed. Not once during your stay did you reach out to us with questions, requests or otherwise. In our 4+ years of Hosting - no communication has been a sign of a happy guest. The home is exactly as pictured and described. As advertised we provide a starter instant coffee and tea. We don't advertise a coffee maker nor picture one. The french press is available to guests should they like to use their own desired coffee which, much to your surprise, many guests travel with. With regards to laundry, we are not sure what differentiates "towels vs cloths" however the home has 11 towels (6 large - 2 hand - 2 washcloth - 1 kitchen) along with rolls of paper towels for easy cleanup. From time to time, Guests will ask for something special to be provided in advance which we are able to accommodate with enough notice. We, ourselves, don't let trash bins sit on the street after pick up. We strategically place the trash bins about 15 feet out the back door for easy trash removal. Thank You for bringing them back after trash pick up. Perhaps next time you visit the area you would find yourself more comfortable in a full service hotel, that can accommodate your needs better. It is unfortunate, Nearby Noble was not the perfect place for you and that you didn't reach out to us during your stay. Previous guests felt: "The house was clean, functional and cute."
