House was perfect and had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation! Very close bike ride/walk to the beach, close to grocery, shopping, restaurants, etc. Very clean property and the host was prompt with communication!

Close to beach

Great 3 bedroom house, newly remodeled kitchen, bathrooms. Nice beds and living room furniture, everything you need for a vacation home. Location is perfect for beach lovers, can walk to Wiggins beach and other beaches are within 20 minutes. Close to Walmart and Publix for supplies. Many choices for resturants or fast food. Nice area for walking.

Perfect vacation house

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is ideally located near the beach, shopping and restaurants. It is nicely updated, clean, homey and well-stocked with great amenities. The owners are so friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect bungalow!

A perfect week

Everything was just perfect for our Family vacation week. Everything was perfectly arranged upon arrival, check in went smooth. The house appeared brand new to us, was well equipped with all we need. Location is perfect! bicycles bring you to the beach in less than 5 minutes.

Two week vacation

We spent an enjoyable vacation at this stunning home. This property is beautifully furnished and very clean. In an ideal location close to restaurants and retail stores. The host was very quick to respond to any requests. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent property

This property is extremely nice & the accommodations were perfect for us. The house is nicely decorated, comfortable & all the appliances were of very good quality. The neighborhood was peaceful & great to ride bikes. We appreciated the beach buggy, chairs & umbrella. Monica also gave us some excellent dining suggestions. Very pleased with our visit & it’s a definite recommendation!

Close to beach

Lovely home just as it appears in photos. Well appointed kitchen and bath with new furnishings. Lanai was perfect and great for birdwatching in the yard. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach cart made taking our belongings so easy. Monica was a pleasure to deal with and was very welcoming. Would highly recommend this home!

Very nice home

Monica (the owner) has obviously put great thought and investment into this VRBO. Most of the house has been newly updated to provide comfort and the feeling of being in a new house. Commumications are promptly responded to and it is obvious Monica cares about the renter having a good experience. We highly recommend this property.

Great location for Wiggins Pass State Park Beach

Walking distance to the beach and was able to haul everything we needed thanks to the cart provided. Not worth trying to drive to the beach because the parking situation is bit ideal (traffic entering the park, and municipal lot is just 75yds further than walking from the house) Would have been nice to have more place settings in the kitchen, only service for 4. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay

What you see is NOT what you get... updated backyard photo needed!

Imagine our surprise when we walked out to the back patio and discovered that our view was nothing like the listing photo, the trees had been replaced by a new home under construction! In addition, there is a home across the street that is also under construction. We were a family of 5 with 3 adults working from home during our stay, it was not always the peaceful & quiet neighborhood advertised. The house was clean and furnishings are as depicted. We found it to have the bare minimum of amenities, and they are basic. Although it sleeps 6 there is not adequate seating for 6. I requested a chair for the outdoor table and Monica did deliver a folding chair, along with wine glasses & a bottle of wine. Silverware & other kitchen essentials are in short supply, I purchased some bowls & other items to make the space livable and comfortable. Monica was quick to respond to requests but unfortunately did not follow through on the late check out that I requested prior to booking. She indicated that she would honor a late check out & when I had a final head count to let her know, that there was no extra cost, but she needed the info for insurance purposes. Before making my final payment, approximately 1 month before arrival, I asked that she make a note regarding the late check out. At this time she informed me that she could not honor the late check out & she was waiving the extra guest fee... what fee? Monica offered a full refund if her property no longer worked for us. With little time to regroup and evening flights booked, we kept our reservation and secured a hotel for the night. The location was accurate, super quick bike ride to the beach.

Perfect vacation

My family had a great experience staying at Monica’s home. The home is very clean and such a great price for this location to the beach and restaurants. We were able to walk and ride to the beach. Mercado was around the corner with a Whole Foods and so many great food options. Also, every store you can think of was within only a few miles from the house. Monica provided us with everything we needed in the home including a lot of great helpful tips. We didn’t have to ask her any questions as a result. We will definitely stay here again next year and we already miss it!

Convenient, Clean, Well-appointed

A very nice house in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, stores and the beach. "Like new" condition and spotless. Nice bedding, towels. Kitchen fully outfitted; new appliances. Owners could not be nicer or more responsive and helpful.

Perfect beach getaway

Nicely renovated and comfortable 3 bedroom bungalow is well appointed and conveniently situated close to a quiet beach in north Naples. The owner has even labeled the light switches and cabinets so you really don’t need to use your mind much - just relax and be :) We enjoyed the bikes and beach gear every day. Great appliances and updated bathrooms. All for a very reasonable price. Great overall stay - will repeat and recommend !!

The location and host made our vacation great so we highly recommend

The host is amazing! She provided us with great recommendations and itinerary so planning was easier. The home is beautiful and perfect location. It provided all the necessities. The beach is a nice short walk so we went daily. Also, the stores/restaurants are all so close it couldn’t have been better. We travel a lot but put this one at the top of our list so it was hard to leave. We plan to come back next year!
