Grande maison dans un super quartier! Faites du vélo vers le golfe au col de Wiggins ou à la plage de Vanderbilt. Belle grande piscine chauffée éclairée de 28 pieds prête pour votre baignade quotidienne ou nocturne. Profitez des boutiques du centre commercial et de divertissement Mercado. Belle maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain: concept ouvert, plafonds de 16 à 18 pieds, grands téléviseurs de 60 à 55 pouces dans le salon et les chambres, nouveaux matelas à plateau-coussin King dans 2 des 3 chambres, 2 nouveaux matelas à plateau-coussin double dans une chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Grande grande cuisine entièrement équipée et laveuse sécheuse dans une buanderie séparée, garage pour deux voitures et bien plus encore !! La maison a été achetée il y a un peu plus d'un an et demi et tout le mobilier est neuf! Un à deux miles en vélo ou en voiture jusqu'au col Wiggins, à la plage de Vanderbilt et à l'incroyable centre commercial Mercado! Profitez de la brise chaude et douce du golfe pendant que vous nagez, prenez le soleil ou dînez dans les nombreux restaurants de Naples - une expérience vraiment merveilleuse! Il y a deux vélos dans le garage pour deux voitures qui vous attendent pour vous rendre à la plage. J'ai un beau nouveau toit de tuiles en béton, un nouvel aménagement paysager, une nouvelle cage de piscine et une nouvelle clôture - WOW! L'entourage de la piscine a de nouveaux palmiers et une surface exempte de gravier. L'emplacement est parfait - près du golfe et du quartier commerçant de Mercato avec des théâtres, des magasins et de bons restaurants .. PRENDRE PLAISIR!!

This is a wonderful home, the perfect size for 2 couples or a family with children. Everything we needed was supplied from kitchen to beach needs. Walking distance to the beach was perfect!! Lots of restaurants close by. We won’t hesitate to rent again. Response from owner was prompt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean & well stocked! The pool is so relaxing! You’re walking or biking distance to the Gulf! Even the beds are comfortable! Had a really nice time in Naples!!!

Our 3rd year staying in this home, of note is we had more visitors this year, and their reviews were equally 5 star. Kay continually makes changes each year to improve the look and amenities of the house……very responsive to our observations and has local handy man who comes by to fix. Highly recommend to a family who wants easy access to a pool, deck, outdoor living and great kitchen to cook with friends/family.It has great access to Delnor Wiggins state park via walk, bike or drive for breakfast, day at the beach or sunsets.Mark M

Beautiful Vacation Spot in Naples

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to relax. Room for everyone, great pool, and close to beautiful beaches. Kay was great and made sure we had everything we needed and made herself available for us if we had any questions about the property. Looking fort to our next vacation.

Amazing Stay

Wonderful place to vacation. The pool is wonderful and such a great location. We enjoyed the beaches and just hanging at the house. This is my second year staying here and will for sure be back. Highly recommend this home- especially if there are children

Very nice house in good location. Walking distance to the beach. We had a great time!

Being close to the beach was very important to us. Great access either walking, riding the two bikes in the garage, or using the park pass to drive. We were on the beach every day.

Great vacation house

We loved the house ..we loved the Neighborhood. House is elegantly furnished, kitchen fully and nicely equipped ( except for the frying pans🙂) …loved the full privacy of the pool. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend the house.

Wonderful accommodations here in Naples. We loved that it was so close to the beach. After a day at the beach we enjoyed the heated, colorful pool, and grilling. Close to Super Walmart (used the bikes in the garage for this). Kay, the owner is very attentive. We would stay here again.

One of our best stays in Florida

We enjoyed everything about this property: The location, 5 min drive from the beach. Having the pass is great as you can go several times a day without having to pay, especially when you forget your sunscreen :) All types of shopping and restaurant within 15min drive Great caged pool with the patio area for dinners I used the bike several times in the quiet neighborhood, and took a ride once to the beach Kay the owner would respond right away when we had any questions. One of our best stays in Florida!

Great house!

We loved this house and the location in Naples park. Close to the beach, but still very peaceful. Tall ceilings, airy rooms and quiet neighbours. The heated pool was wonderful, and the interactions with the owner excellent. We will be back.

Wonderful property! I would definitely rent here again

The home is very nice and very accessible to the beach shopping etc. Having the pool was great especially if children will be staying. There were a few minor problems but I contacted the owner and had immediate responses. She was wonderful to work with. All of my family and guests were very impressed with this property.

Loved Our Stay At This Property

This house was perfect for our month-long vacation. The house is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants, and a quiet neighborhood. We loved the private backyard and large lighted pool. The house was very spacious and there was enough space for our children and grandchildren when they came to stay. Kay was an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely make a return visit.

Spacious house in a great location

We very much enjoyed our 5wk stay in this spacious house. Its interior and exterior had been recently painted which provided a light and airy atmosphere. We loved the location- an easy quick walk (or bike ride, thanks to the bikes provided) to Delnor Wiggins state park beach and a park pass was generously provided. Our host, Kay, was very attentive/responsive and has provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we spent many happy and relaxing hours In the lanai and swimming pool.
