This unit is part of a duplex home and sleeps 6. For large families or groups, consider renting both Sandy Shores and our sister property, Anchors Away. (Property ID 2317329) to sleep up to 12.

Your perfect Cape Cod vacation awaits you in this warm, inviting home. Affectionately named Sandy Shores for its beachy decor, our home is situated in a quaint and quiet South Yarmouth neighborhood. Conveniently located to area beaches, restaurants, shops and entertainment, Sandy Shores is the ideal destination for your getaway. Massive 6-hole onsite putting green.

Keyless entry welcomes you into a spacious kitchen with seating for 6. Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom, containing a queen bed. The open floor plan guides you to a very large, centrally located living room (21' x 11.5'), where you can relax, unwind, read a book, play games or watch television on the wall-mounted smart cable TV. Business grade internet allows you to stream movies and games on your mobile devices. Two additional bedrooms off of the living room, each containing two twin beds, round out this beach house. Each bedroom has a dresser and closet for all of your storage needs. The side door off of the living room provides you convenient access to outdoor patio with seating, a gas grill, and outdoor shower.

Enjoy a short half-mile walk to three of the areas nicest beaches, Parker's River Beach, South Middle Beach, and Smuggler's Beach (Bass River). A half-mile walk in the other direction brings you to restaurants, ice cream, and shops, as well as Skull Island Adventure Golf, which includes mini-golf, driving range, arcade, go karts, batting cages, and kickball. Old school family entertainment at its best!

Exclusions: Beach towels, wash cloths, coffee pods, iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer. There are a limited number of beach chairs in the shed for your use.

We had such a great stay here for our girls’ trip! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for relaxing together. Steve made check-in and checkout an absolute breeze, which made everything so stress-free. The backyard was a favorite spot for us—we loved sitting out there in the fresh air—and the outdoor shower was such a plus. Would absolutely stay here again!

EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION FROM OWNER/MANAGER. CLOSE TO BEACH, SHOPPING AND PLACES TO EAT. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN. WISH WE COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER. EVERYONE REALLY ENJOYED THIS RENTAL.

Perfect location!

Lovely little home with all the amenities you would need for a small party! Proximity to three beaches was ideal and lots to do in the area! Only complaint we had was the neighbors next-door were inconsiderate regarding parking and taking over the porch and front lawn, which we know has nothing to do with the owners. Other than that- perfect!

Great beach cabin

We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. We were pleased to find a beach wagon and beach chairs at the rental property. We were also pleased that the rental included sheets and towels.

Clean and comfortable

The house was spotless when we arrived, close to beaches and activities. Owners are very quick with responses to all questions. Outside grill and inside cooking available. Outdoor shower is also a plus with the kids. We would definitely stay again and look forward to it. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Family Summer Vacation

We had a great time despite the hurricane Henri forecast. The location was great!! Very short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. Loved how the house was decorated and it was just the right size for the 5 of us. We’d definitely stay again
