Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Amelia Prime Condos and found the accommodations clean and spacious. We understand your concerns about the location and the back area. While we're committed to providing a comfortable experience for all guests, including those with pets, we acknowledge that there may be limitations, especially in terms of proximity to the beach and the condition of certain outdoor areas. We appreciate your feedback regarding the golf cart rentals and shuttle service. We're pleased that these amenities were helpful for you. Regarding the back area, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the wet conditions. We'll investigate this issue and explore options to improve the drainage or provide additional amenities in that area. Thank you for your understanding and for recommending our property. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Sincerely, Laily Schlegel

Dear Mr. Steven, We understand your frustration regarding the sewer backup incident that occurred during your stay. While we acknowledge that this was an unpleasant experience, we believe it is important to clarify the facts and address the inaccuracies in your review. The sewer backup was caused by tree roots that had grown into the pipes outside the villa. This was an issue beyond our control and the responsibility of the condo association. Despite this, we took immediate action by contacting a professional plumbing service to address the problem. The issue was resolved promptly, and we paid the associated costs. We want to clarify that the sewage did not back up into the villa itself. The only inconvenience was the temporary inability to use the bathtub drains and toilets for a short period. We offered alternative facilities at our health club to ensure your comfort during this time. We also want to emphasize that we never blamed you for the issue or suggested that you should not use toilet paper. Such a suggestion would be entirely inappropriate and inaccurate. We understand that the sewer backup was a significant inconvenience, and we apologize for any discomfort it caused. While we understand your desire for a refund, we believe that our prompt response and the steps taken to resolve the issue demonstrate our commitment to providing excellent service. We offered additional compensation, including a free night's stay and dinner, to make up for any inconvenience caused. We regret that your experience was negative, but we believe that our response to the situation was prompt, effective, and fair. We hope that you will reconsider your negative review and recognize our efforts to resolve the issue. Sincerely, Laily Schlegel
