Arranged over three stories, the home is ideal for indoor/outdoor living with a second story outdoor room with fireplace, overlooking a park. Numerous windows let the San Diego sun stream in making the house light and bright. It is an ideal location to relax, explore, venture to the beach or one of our community pools or enjoy a meal al fresco with your family and friends. Reserved exclusively for longer stays.

It was located within 20-30 minutes of anything in San Diego area, walking distance to shopping and access to the local area pools was wonderful.

Trip to Rancho

House is very comfortable, and perfect for staying with family and friends! Lots of great restaurants in walking distance and a short jaunt through Rancho Santa Fe to the beach. I highly recommend a visit!

What a Great Place : )

Such a wonderful place. Sara and Mike are amazing hosts and they went above and beyond. The home is more beautiful in person than in photos. Sara left us treats for our arrival and outfitted the kitchen and all four bathrooms with beautiful products to use. The towels, bedding, everything was so lovely. My husband and I shared several times that we could not believe they would share this wonderful retreat with us. Great neighborhood/pools/parks too. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Family Vaca Home

Our family was in San Diego for two weeks to attend Surf Cup. Sara was an amazing host! We had a wonderful calling this home for the 12 days we were in town. The location was perfect splitting time between both our boys team hotels, the beach and soccer fields. Beautiful neighborhood with many dining options and scenic running/biking trails. The home was beautiful furnished and fully stocked with everything to make it feel like a home and not a rental. We really enjoyed our stay. Sara even had a custom cake for our family upon our arrival!! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Fantastic Condo!

I couldn't have been more impressed with this condo! Everything was first class. I've never seen a better stocked kitchen in a rental (it had a Vitamix and a stand up mixer)! Every room was great, especially the 2nd floor patio, master bedroom and bath. Really appreciated the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas as well. Great community area with lots of neighborhood pool options. Owners were super attentive, not that we had a single complaint. Highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful Property

We absolutely loved the property and it’s proximity to everything. The only downside was the bedroom downstairs. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It was more like a futon and to sleep on it for a week was not fun. Also, there was no heat down there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and modern. Great amenities .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our teens were able to have their own space whilst also enjoying the communal media room. My husband and I loved the balcony with its built in fireplace, comfy seating and tv. It was a great spot for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. The location was convenient for shopping , beaches and attractions. We loved the owners attention to detail and the personal touches like the welcome note and chocolates. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again when visiting the San Diego area!!!

We are recent empty nesters with an active lifestyle. Contact us if you'd like blocked dates, we are often flexible! We love the outdoors and spend as much time as possible at the beach or mountains; anywhere with hiking, skiing, biking and exploring! We have 2 adult children who are in college and one small Corgi who often travels with us. We both work remotely so are able to pick up and go with very short notice. We are close to everything!
What is most special about this house is that it is a contemporary row house with a distinctly urban flair. Wood floors throughout with carpeting on the upper floor and bedrooms. Top end finishes and appliances with attention to every decorating detail. Kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, utensils and bakeware.
This is a "smart house" with keyless entry, temperature control, zoned air conditioning, sleep number adjustable bed in the Master and smart TV's (one is even outside over the outdoor fireplace). We are self described "neat freaks" so you'll find our home very clean!
There is a large park across the street with picnic tables, open space and a play area for kids. Teens and young adults can walk to pools, restaurants, coffee hang outs and more. You will have access to community pools (3 are within 1/2 mile) plus numerous parks. There are several outdoor fenced patio/ balcony spaces to enjoy but no yard so you can literally close the door and go!
It is centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood of a master planned community with easy access to 18 miles of open space and trails as well as beautifully designed neighborhood pools and bbq areas. Close to numerous golf courses for all skill levels.

World famous Del Mar beach is an easy 15 min. drive (10 min. to the Del Mar Polo Fields for Soccer tournaments or the Fairgrounds and Racetrack), The Village at Rancho Santa Fe is 10 minutes, Downtown San Diego is 25 min., Temecula wine country is 45 min. and all of San Diego's amusement parks and attractions are within 30 minutes.
